Ordered the wings and fries special which was priced decently. I ordered the honey barbecue sauce and they gave me some type of hot barbecue sauce. Terrible! Cajun rub was bland. So my order wasn't a very good that night.

Im done with Wingstop. They keep screwing up my order, and this last time was it. My husband had to drive all the way back just to fix their mistake, and all we got was a half-hearted apology. No accountability, no care. Just like the grocery store next door that is shutting down—this place deserves the same. I’ll spend my money somewhere that actually gets it right.

There was a literal feather still attached to my wing. I was told that “it’s DoorDash’s problem” and when asking for a manager I was handed to another worker who said “I just work here”. How is this legal?!
