When I go to wing stop I always ask for my wings to be well done because if you don’t they under cook them. I’ve never had an issue with asking for my wings to be well done however tonight I got my food and the wings were burnt and dry as hell. I called the location and talked to a lady she informed me it was my fault for putting well done twice MAAM THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN PUT WELL DONE TWICE ON THE APP!!!! Oh let me not forget to mention to kept putting me on hold for long periods of time I asked for a refund and I was put on hold once she came back all she kept saying was “you put well done two times” AINT NO DAMN WAY!!! Irritated annoyed out of money and still HUNGRY!!!!!!

Order wings for delivery. I got all the text updates telling me Doordash would be delivering my food. The last text I got said food delivered and there was a pic of the door with the food. I immediately text the Doordash driver and told them that wasn't my house. I called and text the driver over and over to let them know they delivered to the wrong address. The driver never answered. I called Doordash to request a refund and was told since I didn't order through Doordash Wingstop has to give the refund. So I spoke to someone at Wingstop and was told even though I ordered through their site the driver works for Doordash so Doordash has to give the refund. This is why people don't tip up-front. I tipped 18% and still haven't gotten my refund. I didn't request Doordash as a delivery service so why am I not getting a refund?

Worst experience by far. I called 17 minutes before closing and no one picked up 3 calls. I get there 11:55 asking very politely why is no one answering the phone since I wanted to order just curious, employee name Miguel or at least that what he told me his name was, with an attitude “we stop taking calls 20 minutes before” and as I mentioned that is not true since all other locations take orders till last minute, Miguel responds “not this location”. I used to work for a company who did Wingstop maintenance all over Dallas. I have seen the best locations and by far this is the worst location of all. This is not my first time having this kind of experience at this location.

I was ordering my food, and I got my receipt and everything was in check. Until I went to the house, and my meal was wrong, and I ordered a 10 piece , and they gave me a 7 piece, and they already charged it.
