Last time coming here seriously! Ordered voodoo fries and was only able to eat the top portion as there was hardly any ranch or cheese. Fries taste like grease... ordered boneless chicken wings as well and it also taste like grease... had to toss the entire order... gave 2 stars cause at least it was hot but what's the point when it's not edible.

I’ve been going to this location for years to the point that Emma knows my husbands name when he goes inside to pick up our order lol I just know when we see her when we go to pick up her order the food is going to be FRESH, CRISPY, and overall correct! We appreciate her attention to detail and customer service.
She definitely deserves a raise and management position if she’s not one already!

I came to pick up an uber eats order. The guy at the front admitted to giving it out on accident to someone who had a call in order. I asked if they would fix their error since it was a mistake on their end. The attitude i got was ridiculous. I had to insist on them calling the GM before they would remake it. The young woman who manages at night has terrible customer service. After the GM said to remake it she informed me it would take a while since they have other orders to make and she would get to it when she could. This place needs to work on retraining their workers to have better customer service. I would not come here as a customer myself.

I submitted an order via the mobile app using a T-Mobile promotion. When I picked up the order, they said the promotion had not been applied due to an issue with the WingStop app. They did not want to help fixing the problem. I was expecting a more friendly service by the staff, unfortunately it was not the case.

Since my second visit she has greeted my name and checked on my order right after. I always feel very taken care of whenever she is working & it has become my go to place for carry out.

Love the service that I get here, my wings hot and freshly made, ? but if you order by fhone or online and pick up your wings half an hour late don't expect them to be hot and fresh ? that would be your fault, becauce thay make them fresh. it's ridiculous that some customers get mad and blame the the staff ? I don't agreed with that.
recently visited Wingstop and, as always, had an excellent experience. The manager, Emma, was outstanding. She ensured my food was ready upon my arrival and went above and beyond to make sure it was hot and fresh. I have never encountered any issues at this location, especially when Emma is on duty. Thank you once again, Wingstop, for consistently providing five-star service.
