Since my second visit she has greeted my name and checked on my order right after. I always feel very taken care of whenever she is working & it has become my go to place for carry out.

Love the service that I get here, my wings hot and freshly made, ? but if you order by fhone or online and pick up your wings half an hour late don't expect them to be hot and fresh ? that would be your fault, becauce thay make them fresh. it's ridiculous that some customers get mad and blame the the staff ? I don't agreed with that.
recently visited Wingstop and, as always, had an excellent experience. The manager, Emma, was outstanding. She ensured my food was ready upon my arrival and went above and beyond to make sure it was hot and fresh. I have never encountered any issues at this location, especially when Emma is on duty. Thank you once again, Wingstop, for consistently providing five-star service.

I ordered lemon pepper tenders, almost no seasoning was on the tenders. The corn had almost no seasoning. We ordered ranch non was delivered. I called about my order and the claimed Manager Ruby was very rude. Has absolutely no phone etiquette. Before I could even inquire about my food. How is someone so rude representing Wingstop AND the manager. Very sad. We will not return because of this interaction.
If you order through DoorDash. Dont bother selecting well-done on the voodoo fries. Your request is ignored and most of your fries are

Just ordered food from Uber Eats. The fries were supposed to be well done with extra seasoning. Instead, they’re undercooked even had I not requested well done. We got wings and tenders, too. The wings hardly have any sauce, and one of the tenders only got sauce on one side (see 2nd pic)
Took 30 minutes for my food. I was the first one there but yet my food took longer than multiple people after me when I ordered much less. The lady at the counter was rude and my food came out messed up. Really no redeeming qualities here spend the time to save yourself some pain and drive to another location.
