I placed an order to pick up at 630p. I new today (superbowl sunday) would be busy so I purposely order 3 hours in advance to pick up 1 hour after the start of the game. Only to arrive and find out they were almost over an hour behind schedule. How in the HECK are you still accepting orders when you can't fill the orders you have already committed to! Management refused to cancel and refund orders as if the customer is to blame foe their poor planning!This was my first and last time ordering from this location!COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!??

Just don't get there drinks. Or their fries. Unless you specifically order and eat there. Anything to go is just trash. I think there's a management problem.
The wings and fries at this location are about what you'd expect from Wing-Stop. It's decent. The problem is that the Soda Machine gives you flat soda and the Ice machine is broken. I recommend that if you get your food here, stop by a gas station to get your drink instead of getting it here.

Worst wingstop I’ve been to. I came on around 10:40some and I ordered around 10:56 and I didn’t get out till 11:34 all because the host Ivan didn’t but in my order. That’s because there was only 3 costumers at the moment.

Second time order was missing items. Maybe door dash fault bad 1 star for wingstop giving much care that the order was missing items. Door dash blames wingstop. Wingstop blames doordash. Order your food for delivery and expect it to be missing half the order. Wingstop customer service promised a refund. Never received it. Oh and don't call if something is wrong. The store doesn't pick up the phone.
