Despite all the terrible reviews I kept seeing i decided to give it a chance. I have no clue what the reviews are talking about because I had no issue with the food. It was well seasoned and cooked properly. We ordered the boneless meal deal and a chicken sandwich. We enjoyed it all. Only thing i will say is that the fries are not like they used to be. They used to have a hefty amount of seasoning on it. Now it seems that they cut back on that. The voodoo fries tasted great too.
I can’t find a good Wingstop near me to save my life smh and it’s sad. They used to always be so good. The one close to me went downhill so I kept debating if I should try this one because I saw a lot of bad reviews. I knew was true and I confirm after trying it recently. Wings were very very crunchy and hardly any sauce on the wings. What a waste of money and time waiting on them. I knew it! Take it from me save your money and go elsewhere!! Oh and they got my order wrong!

I was stop by Monday February 3,2025 at 6:20pm (hope managers can see this) to pick up food, I have mean personal, they refused complete the order by refused fill drink for order to- go saying that’s not their job and if I don’t like it just cancel the order, which I did.

Trinity mills location is the better location quality wise. This location doesn’t change out burnt oil and you can taste it.
Idk why delivery never is successful I have to cancel each time. The drivers don’t speak English or use Google translator very well always a hassle

Half of the wings only had part of the meat on them. Wings were small and. Fries were cold. The ranch was so runny, looked like water. I am not happy. I will not be ordering from there again!

It's Wingstop. It takes forever to get your order....BUT that means it's fresh, and it is always everytime fresh and burning hot. That lets me know it just got cooked. I like that. Yes, it takes super long to get your food, but it's so worth it. I love the lemon pepper and the seasoned fries. It's delicious.
I placed an order for delivery and the delivery driver dropped off my order at the wrong apartment, took a picture of the WRONG apartment and left. I called wingstop and they told me to reach out to their delivery service (which is Door Dash). Door Dash placed a re-delivery order for me, and the order was then canceled by Wing Stop. Probably because they're lazy and did not want to remake my order, which was not alot of food. I just requested a refund at this point. Don't order DELIVERY from this location!!

Wingstop was such a disappointment. The fact that it's right next to my house makes it even worse because now I have to drive super far just to enjoy decent Wingstop food. My wings were horrible—every one had this nasty brown inside and tasted raw. Absolutely disgusting, not a single wing tasted good. The fries were just as bad, greasy and literally dripping. The only saving grace was that the staff was cool, and the restaurant was clean. But honestly, I’m never coming back here. Two stars.

The service was terrible, I arrived at 3:00 p.m. at midnight and they didn't help me because they didn't want to when there was still time and they rudely told me that the kitchen was already closed

**Terrible Experience**
Walked in with my two young kids and our puppy to this location, we were the only customers inside, placed our order, and waited for a good ten minutes. Then the manager comes out and says pets weren't allowed inside. What made this situation frustrating was that the workers up front didn’t say anything to us when we walked in, as we were ordering, or while we were waiting.
Then he said we could sit outside, even though it was 96 degrees and I had two young kids and our puppy with me. I declined and asked to cancel the order. He showed no apology or concern for the inconvenience or disappointment.
I won't be returning to this location due to the poor customer service and lack of clear communication.
P.S.: I searched this up and came to find out that that’s generally the rule here in TX. I just didn’t know and was taken aback by his approach.

My fries were old, cold and dry. I called and asked for them to make sure my fries weren’t cold and old and they promised they would make a fresh batch but it arrived cold and dry so I couldn’t really eat it. What a waste of time calling if they will end up sending dry fries anyway.
