Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

Tried again and they offered me French fries. It we ordered fries in the order they shorted us. Each basket had like 10 fries. I want my 10 wings back. Dud!

I ordered on the app. It wasn't letting me put the sauce on the side for the 2$ Tuesday tenders. I called and explained to the manager and he was able to just put the sauce on the side for me. That was amazing. It's little things like that , that make this the best wingstop in ALL OF PLANO!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD CAME WITH NO SEASONING. LUIS IN THE FRONT DESK WAS ARGUING WITH ME ON THE PHONE OVER A SIMPLE REMAKE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE WINGS & TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
On two separate occasions something was missing from my order. I live relatively close, but one day I was sick as a dog, so I DoorDash it to me… no drink. I call and they said I can come get a new one whenever it’s convenient for me. The next time I pick up, get home and realize there was no dressing in the bag, despite paying for extra. I came just to see if it was a recurring issue and it seems like it! I’ll just go to another location in the future.

Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.
