Wingstop is always good. My problem with this location is that they always mess up my order. Everytime I go in to pick up my order I have to check it, like today I ordered a side of original hot sauce and they gave me cheese. Management needs to train the employees better.

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

I tried here a few times back when they first opened and it was never good. I waited a couple years and tried again, this time twice. The customer service is awful and so is the food. I’d much rather drive a few extra miles like I’ve been doing just to get Wingstop when this one is only about a mile away

Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

While Wingstop is one of my favorite wings restaurants, today i noticed the utter lack of food handling hygene. The person assembling my sandwich had no gloves on, touched some of the pickles by hand to put it in the sandwich. No mask on, and yawns with their mouth wide open just above my food. There needs to be some action taken here by corporate. If you want to hire just about anyone, that's fine, but at the very least give them a crash course in food hygene and basic standards of operation.

I really didn’t want to do this because I don’t like being negative but I feel like a should shed some light on the situation. I ordered online from this wingstop and they have been awesome In the past. I checked my order in the car and thought they forgot my celery and I also forgot to order myself a large ranch. When I went back in it was a Hispanic customer in front of me and the cashier was super friendly with him but when I made it to the counter his smile went away. I told him I think they forgot my celery and I wanted to order a large ranch. He turned around and asked the lady that made the order about the celery. I’m kind of rusty on my spanish but it seemed like they made a big deal about it. He told me it was on the side ( and he was right) my honest mistake. He went back and got my large ranch and he put it in a bag. Usually they ask me if I need one and I always say no but I felt like his energy was off so I just let him put in a bag anyway. When I made it home I pulled a large ranch out the fridge that I had purchased previously to use first. When I went into the bag to put the Large ranch I just purchased in the fridge I thought it had spilled but when I took a closer look the container actually was punctured. Half of the large ranch was at the bottom of the bag. Like I said I don’t like being negative and I didn’t want to say anything but something told me to look at the reviews on this establishment and it was another customer that said she had been treated rudely by a guy named Luis. Now I don’t know whats the name of the cashier this evening but I’m guessing his name is Luis because that person that made that review previously was a black women and I am black also. He was super friendly with the Hispanic guy before me but It seems like he’s treating people badly based on there race and as a former restaurant manager that is totally unacceptable!

Made me sick. Got 2 flavors boneless....garlic parmesan & the new chipotle flavor. I believe the chipotle flavor was old & it was way too salty. Voodoo fries had watered down blan cheese, watered down bland ranch. Waste of money.

Tried a Wingstop chicken sandwich for the first time and got an entirely raw piece of chicken patty inside. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic..!!!

Shorted us at least 10 wings. Email them and the box was full. Tried again and they offered me French fries. It we ordered fries in the order they shorted us. Each basket had like 10 fries. I want my 10 wings back. Dud!
