Why is this the first review of Woodtop Tavern? I discovered this gem when I overshot the entrance to the place I was planning to dine. It looked promising and proved it. The service was warm and welcoming on a late Saturday afternoon though the bar was nearly empty. The Bacon Cheeseburger was grilled wonderfully. Even the Edna Sauvignon Blanc was grand.
We met friends and had dinner, dance lessons and danced. Mr. Reese, the bar tender extrordinaire was amazing. He cleared the small dance floor for us, picked an appropriate music station and let us take over. It was a great place to go. Thank you, Mr. Reese!
Best place in town, wings are top notch, Mr Reese the bat manager is amazing. Customer service is on point and the place is amazing. I was scared a bit because of the bad reviews but no way they are true.. best local hole in the wall around .
