As good as I remember it. Been going to this place for over 20 years. The bison burgers are GREAT! If you can make it for lunch on Wednesdays try the Elk burger!

True story - I have dreams about the buffalo burger here. Lean and perfect. Get it with tots. No regret.Fried pies are also great, but I'm usually too stuffed after the huge burger to eat one.

Ye Ole Butcher Shop catered our wedding, and they did an amazing job!!! We got so many compliments from our guests on the food and dessert, and Josh and Kaitlyn were so easy to work with throughout the entire process! I highly recommend the whole hog catering package as our guests got a kick out of it and so many took pictures with the pig lol! I cannot say enough good things about this crew!

Freshest, and best homemade burger in town. It sets the bar from which all other burgers are judged and it's carnivore friendly for those serious meat eaters you know.

Great place to eat and smells amazing when you walk in. The prices are super reasonable for both the quality and quantity of food you get. The man taking the orders reminds me of the auctioneer at the cattle auctions I use to go to as a kid.

I have been on a burger tour for the past two years, and this place has the best burger hands down. I don't know how to describe how great their burger is.Then there are the fried pies. I don't have to say much, just know I got two for my both my wife and I, but I'll be going home empty handed.

I never had a burger I wanted to propose to before. And I don't know who makes the fried pies but if you need me to hide a body for you--I have a truck and a shovel ready for you.
These burgers will induce a religious experience. Fortunately, there is a church next door.

The owner, employees, food, atmosphere, and "vibe" have been perfect - for decades.Every couple of months, I have to make a 2.5 hr drive to Dallas for business. When I do, I ALWAYS make the drive to Plano to meet an old friend for lunch there. When I'm scheduled to have to go on a Monday..... #!@:"*!!! They're closed on Mondays....Beef, venison, bison, elk, caribou, feral hog, beef ribeye, jerky, sausage - everything I've ever had there over the years was fantastic.Don't forget to try their fried pies.
