I wrote a review months ago a few weeks after I came for their grand opening (when they had a balloon artist and face painter). I’m not sure if they requested that Google remove my review or something, but I can’t find my review now. I even had pictures.
They had fruit flies all over the store and sitting on their toppings. The floors and tables were filthy and had melted frozen yogurt and dirt. When I pointed out the fruit flies to the employees, they did nothing and did not even toss the toppings even though fruit flies were sitting on the toppings. I have not returned since. Disgusting
Super expensive and they definitely don't clean their machines because we all got terrible stomach issues after. Would not recommend.
Not even 1 star deserve. They make you pay and don't tell you they don't have spoons. The cashier cares zero about it. We went to the business next door to buy something and get spoons and they said all customers go there to get spoons. So it's not the first time it happens.
Came here on a Saturday night and pretty much every flavor machine was out of order/not dispensing. The place was kind of messy and employees didn’t really seem to care. We left!
Good stuff, really. Mondays specials unlimited yogurt per cap!
Worst quality ever. Runny and tasteless yogurts, basically just a bad looking sugar soup.
absolutely ridiculous! first time ever there. sampled the flavors, made my yogurt & once i paid & left took a bite in my car & it was not what i sampled. went back in & asked to exchange it was told no. i paid 10.00 & was denied exchanging it. was told i could get a discount if i purchased something else. absolutely no customer service at all from time i walked in the store!
Good toppings, great variety of flavors!
Prices are absolutely outrageous. 4 cups should not be $65.00.
Be prepared to spend over $60 for a group of 4. I was stunned when the cashier rang us up for over $65 for 4 bowls. Of course you pay by the oz, but the website has set prices for their yogurt which leads to confusion.
The Cupcake Batter Yogurt was also sour, like cream cheese. I’m not sure if the flavor was incorrect on the machine but spending over $15 per bowl for a sour yogurt is insane.
The toppings are also self-service without any coverings, so cleanliness also leaves me concerned. If you’re going to charge these prices. Ensure the toppings are being covered.
The website is deceptive about prices and honestly you can get 5 gallons of ice cream and all the toppings you want for cheaper.
Big disappointment. Just go to Braum’s.

The place is not very clean, there are gnats that are on the ice cream toppings. Employees are not very friendly and have interest in being there. They run to the back if they have no customers that need to be checked out.

I got a terrible case of food poisoning here. It appears clean but, they let flies on their toppings. Which we discovered afterwards. The machines are bacteria havens with everyone touching them. Overall it’s disgusting. You’ve been warned
Yogurtland is my go-to spot whenever I'm craving a refreshing and customizable treat! The store is always spotless, and the layout makes it easy to grab your cup and get right to the good stuff. The variety of flavors is impressive—whether you’re into classic vanilla, tart, or adventurous new flavors, they’ve got it all.
What I love most is how fresh everything tastes, especially the seasonal offerings. The toppings bar is always fully stocked with fruits, candies, nuts, and sauces to make every visit feel like a new experience. I can easily make a healthy bowl or indulge with all the sweets depending on my mood.
Staff is super friendly, quick to restock anything, and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Plus, it’s self-serve, so you can make it as light or loaded as you want. Yogurtland never disappoints, and I highly recommend it for fro-yo lovers or anyone looking for a delicious treat.
