Expensive!! The per-item price looks OK; however, every item has an extra charge. Also, they automatically add an 18% service charge for a table of two, without saying anything. Plus, they add 3% credit card service fee on top of that... Be aware of dining there!

This business does not know how to do business at all. First of all, the service and experience has significantly declined through the years. They added on service charge of 18% (this has been a while now) and they also now has a surcharge which is not disclosed anywhere on their bill until you have your card ran. We will not be back unfortunately . 😔

I looovvveee this place. I’ve cheated on this place to try to find some closer to me but nothing compares. I willingly drive 1hr 45 min here at least once a week. The staff is great and always so kind and the food is amazing!!!!! It would be super cute and nice if yall opened one up closer to Fort Worth tho 🩷

I live in Oklahoma and while on a trip to Plano decided to hop in after seeing this place served tonkatsu broth. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. The A5 wagyu is worth every penny.
Super beginner friendly! The staff was amazing at explaining everything and teaching us technique and giving protein recommendations! Lee Anne was our waitress and she was amazing. She took such good care of us. If I could give this place 10 stars i would!

Very unhappy with the service and the price at this restaurant. We were two people and for the soup we had to share an egg. I asked for another egg and they charged me $1.50 for a raw egg, 25 grams of chicken was $6.50, and the tip was $7. If we used a credit card it was an additional $1.38. So this restaurant takes a lot of advantage of its customers and you have to pay for a broth that you make yourself and it's just herbs and four pieces of mushrooms. I hope people don't go there; it's a scam. And to top it all off, it made me throw up.
