ZAAP Kitchen Lao & Thai Street Eats at Willow Bend

This is the Thai restaurant I’ve been to the most times in Texas — it’s really good! Highly recommended, especially the Pad Thai.

Ordered via door dash so no experience inside the location but I know the Dasher didn't have a long wait to pick up the food. Everything was delish. The summer rolls could have used a could different vegetables as they were lettuce heavy but the peanut sauce was good. The rib bites and the red curry soup were both excellent.

The best takeout Thai place in the area! Their food always comes fresh, hot, and delicious! It is a street eats / takeout place though, so it's not the right place to go if you are looking for the most authentic Thai / Lao restaurant in DFW. Expect sweet and salty.

I'm very fond of the flavor of their red curry although it is sweet. Admittedly, a lot of their dishes are sweet. I also really like their crispy zaap wings and dancing garlics riblets. The wings are not breaded to prevent them from being soggy upon eating. I personally like that, but it's worth noting.

My family ordered the pad Thai, the shrimp fried rice, mango sticky rice, cream cheese rolls, Thai tea, and the ice cream sandwiches. I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures. Everything was 10 out of 10 and will be coming back again!

first time and was happy with the taste of the food, wings were crispy with a touch of thai source, yellow chicken curry is delicious.

Best place around for authentic Thai and Lao food!

I've been missing out all this time. I never had Lao food until now and this place was delicious. I'll definitely get it again.

This is absolutely one of my most favorite Thai Lao places to eat at. I always order the chicken tom yum soup and the red curry with chicken and it’s had never been disappointing. Their cuesta service is amazing also. This place is a just try for sure

The Lao sausage is the best sausage I've ever had, especially with the a side of sticky rice. Went back the next day for more. The garlic riblets were also amazing, juicy and flavorful.

The place and atmosphere are not good for eating in, and takeout seems better. The food is tasty, but most of it is too salty and I didnt like that they served hot food in plastic container.

I ordered online for pick up. I have been to Zaap several times before but not this location. Pick up was very easy and everything tasted great! I got the pineapple fried rice and fresh spring rolls (which were huge!) with peanut dipping sauce.

My go-to at Thai places to gauge flavor is pad thai. Portion size was alright, but the flavor was heavy on the sweet side. The decoration/walls were really cool though, and friendly staff.

Wanted to try a new Thai place and picked this one. Portions are great and prices are evbe better. Food is made fresh and prepared nicely. Will definitely come back!

We loved the food and service and the atmosphere is as you'd expect for a quick street food type of setting. We got the Pad Woon Sen - one with shrimp, the other with beef, and the Crispy Veggie Rolls. Will definitely be back for more.
