The dimsum here is great! Super hot and fresh! We came on a Saturday at 12:30PM. The wait was around 7 min and it was packed. The seating is a bit crowded. The food took probably 20-30 to get out. It took a very long time but when they did come out, the flavor and freshness did not disappoint. The 蝦腸粉 was good but the sauce was just soy sauce instead of its signature sugary sweet soy sauce that’s typically served with it. The Shumai is very good too! They don’t skimp out on the meat filling! Everything was delicious and we will be coming back for sure!

Very disappointing experience for my first time here. They were hosting a massive party, so perhaps there is some leeway in this but the food quality and aesthetic left ALOT to be desired. It could be the case that the chicken and broccoli looked so bland that it tricked my brain, but most food was flavorless.

Szechuan Chicken was pretty good and definitely spicy!

We went to Zhang’s Kitchen for dim sum with our toddler, and the experience was very disappointing. We were seated by the window, which was covered in dust and even had a dead fly next to it. No one asked if we needed a high chair, even though it was clear we had a child under two.

One of the servers, a very tall woman, stacked all of our dim sum dishes directly on top of each other. The plates were extremely hot, and she didn’t make any effort to place them properly. We had to use napkins to carefully separate and serve them ourselves. When we politely pointed this out the next time she came over, she gave us a terrible attitude, didn’t say a word, and just continued doing the same thing. The lack of basic courtesy was shocking.

At the end of the meal, when it was time to pay, they stood right next to us with the iPad and watched us select the tip, which felt very uncomfortable and pushy.

Overall, the poor service and unclean environment left a very bad impression. I strongly do not recommend this place.

I was quite disappointed with my dining experience. The restaurant was crowded and the environment felt cramped. When the tall, slim female server brought the dim sum baskets, she stacked them one on top of another without taking the time to arrange them neatly on the table. Throughout the meal, she remained expressionless, which made the atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming. Overall, the poor service and crowded setting significantly impacted my enjoyment.

Hidden gem! This restaurant is so yummy. We’ve had it twice and it’s officially a go to in our rotation. The food is delicious, with quality ingredients and amazing skill. Both visits were takeout, the online order process was easy, our food was ready on time, and the employees working the front desk were so sweet. We will be back!

I hosted an Asian Grub in DFDUB lunch meetup on 6/24/25 at Khang's Kitchen in Plano.
It was all our first time meeting up with strangers to eat together. We ended up being foodie friends and will definitely meet up to eat together in the future!

We had 8 participating foodies.
We each ordered an entree, shared family style, and split the bill.
Total bill with 20% tip: $176.79
Portion per person: $23

It was a fun experience getting to meet new friends and sharing delicious food. The owner treated us each an egg custard. Thank you!

Highlights:
1. Friendly service
2. Reasonable pricing

What I recommend:
My favorite dish is the Kung Pao Shrimp and Seafood with Pan Fried Noodle

Note:
The sauce of the curry pork chop is very thick and starchy. Not my preference.

Came for Din Sum. Staff is very nice but the dim sum is bland. Tried 4 different flavors. Some of the flavors didn't seem to have soup inside. The ones they did had bland soup. The meat was flavored just okay. The wrapping of the dumpling was too thick, as well. The ambiance of the restaurant is nothing special and not much was invested in the decor.

I came for dim sum and was very disappointed. Compared to every other dim sum place that I've been to, the dishes here were RADICALLY different in a bad way. It's a shame because the food looked good and was cooked to order and fresh, but the recipe they use is just not it. I genuinely would take 99 Ranch dim sum over it. It wasn't an absolute dump which keeps it out of 1* territory but I was extremely unimpressed.

Love getting their dim sum and fried rice. Especially salty fish fried rice.
