My parents & I decided to check this spot out b/c we found a coupon/advertisement & we were all very pleased with the food, the service, & the layout. Chef Chris Hight took care of us & he spent time answering questions from myself & my parents about his background in the industry & how Ziti's came to be. Really nice guy. The pasta, sauce, & meat tasted fresh & flavorful. The breadsticks were awesome! If we have to choose b/t Olive Garden & this spot, Ziti's definitely gets our vote!!
I went in on a Friday night and I was blown away this place isn’t busier. There should be a line out the door on a Friday. Handmade pasta dishes, parmagianos and desserts. I had the Ziti bowl with the diablo sauce, a spicy marinara. It was delicious with just enough kick to get your attention but not require chocolate milk to cool things off. My protein was the meatball. It was delicious, juicy and full of flavor. My wife got the marinara with grilled chicken. She loved it. Portion sizes are huge. We took half of ours home for another meal. And the breadsticks rival anything from Olive Garden. Do yourself a favor and pass up the Italian chain and go to Ziti’s. This place will become popular no doubt.
The food was excellent!!!!! Our group had calamari, cheese sticks, bread sticks, eggplant parmigiana and chicken parmigiana! All delicious!!!!! Highly recommend. Very clean and the staff was also great!
Loved the house salad dressing, the bread basket, ziti pesto bowl! Look forward to eating my left overs. I highly recommend Ziti's!
Ziti meatballs was delicious. Nice, clean restaurant with attentive and friendly waiter. Sauce does have a little spice that was very tasty. You could add a salad and bread, but I'm glad I didn't because the entree was plenty of food. The metal tray and take-out serving container were fine. I didn't see anything wrong with it, and also thought it was smart for leftovers. Portion size was a good amount.
Great Lasagna. Will be back for more. Fresh baked Garlic bread sticks are so very good.
great food and the prices arent bad at all...i will give him a 10/10.
I was surprised - very flavorful Italian food without being heavy or salty! The thin sauce made me wary until I tasted it. Not watery at all - deliciously flavor-packed. How do they do that?? The service was good too, but I'm hoping with time they will upgrade the serving ware. The metal trays were difficult. It didn't sit flat on the table, and it would swivel and slide when cutting food or collecting a bite on my fork. I'm hopeful this is just a temporary measure while they get established. We will definitely keep coming back to find out.
One of my favorite places to grab something to eat. convenient location, always clean, and good service. A must try!
Chef-owner. Good food. Nice staff. Worth a try!

Tried for the first time today, and will definitely be back! I had the Manicotti, and it was near the best I have ever had. (nothing beats my moms...lol) Homemade sauce and pasta. I'm sure I will be a regular.
Had lunch here on Christmas Eve. First time eating here and we will return. The sauce is absolutely delicious! We had the meatball starter and the mozzarella sticks as appetizer. The meatballs were tender and flavorful. The cheese sticks were crispy without being tough. There were 3 of us so we had different dishes; the lasagna, the ziti with meat sauce, and the ziti pesto with grilled chicken. The pasta was perfectly cooked "al dente". The red sauce in the lasagna, the meat sauce, and the pesto sauce were all wonderful; well seasoned and flavorful. All dishes are served in aluminum take out dishes which is genius. Portions are generous so when you are finished eating, just put the lid on your dish and you are ready to go. We truly enjoyed our dining experience and will be back often.
I just tried Zitis for the first time. It really exceeded my expectations. To me, noodles are noodles are noodles; different shapes, same noodles. For me, what makes a pasta dish is 100% about the sauce. The sauce was way better than I was expecting. It was fresh, flavorful and a little spicy in a great way. I can tolerate much more heat, but it might be a little on the spicy side for people who dislike that kind of thing- for me, I loved it so much more because of the spice. I will most definitely be back. One side note, that I think owners should note is that the to go container was not good for carrying hot pasta. I only had a drive home of less than 2 miles and the sauce leaked out all over the bag. It was such a tasty meal, I dont even care, but I recommend going with the tins that have the cardboard lid that seal better or wrapping it I cling wrap or just something else
