I love this place!!!! Food was phenomenal!! The Dessert was the icing on the cake for a memorable 1st dinner with family! The Portokalopita….. OMG!! Was the best! It was even better was meeting one of the owners who makes all the desserts… such a blessing!!! I’m going back hands down because everything on that Menu is worth going back to try every single entree and dessert. To our server…. Very genuine and helpful with the choices, THANK YOU! Coming from a “Foodie” family… this is one of the few restaurants that have Culture and Taste in their food and atmosphere! I choose that over gimmick restaurant that sell food and not share the culture! Now I made myself crave Zorba’s again lol!

We've eaten here before. Food was decent. Not as much flavor as other restaurants like Zorbas.

Great food and very attentive and kind waiters. I am gluten free and was so surprised by all of the different options. The gluten free pita is delicious!

An authentic Greek restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. The best Saganaki appetizer in the DFW area and always a crowd pleaser...OPA!! Our wonderful server, Ricardo, suggested the Salonika Pepper. It is our new favorite appetizer! So yummy.
Souvlaki is delicious whether in chicken or lamb and the summer dessert of Portokalopita is a HOMEMADE refreshingly moist orange with a light orange glaze. Zorba's is conveniently located at Plano Parkway and Preston Rd in the Preston Parkway Center. We stop in every month when in the area for outpatient treatment at the hospital. I truly wish I lived closer so we could eat there weekly!!! I highly recommend this gem of real, authentic Greek cuisine. OPA!

The atmosphere was pleasant, but the food could have been fresher and tastier. There's significant potential, however; improvements to the food are needed.

We used to dine here when we lived nearby and always enjoyed it. However, this last time the meals just weren’t good. My chicken was so over cooked that the bones were falling out which made it dry and hard to swallow. We told the waiter but nothing was done. Even though we were disappointed in our meals, we decided to order dessert and it was delicious! It was noon and there were only two other tables with customers. That really says some things are slipping because this place used to be packed.

The menu is extensive. There’s quite a list of evening menu items—a bit pricey. Lunch is more reasonable, plus they have a gluten-free menu. The flaming saganaki was a hit. My gyro was just so-so, but I plan to be back.

Very disappointed with purchase.
Highly overpriced- for takeout ordered a gyro sandwich $15.50 (gluten free pita $3.50) lamb extra $2 (which is fine) but got 4 small lamb gyro pieces not even slices/cubes and all pita. What a shame? $68 order (2 salads, side of chicken gyro & a lamb gyro sandwich). $3.50 for gluten free tiny pita. Ridiculous. $9 chicken gyro but received 8 slivers of chicken gyro. When asked for side of tzatziki they ask for extra $1. Of course $3 extra for credit card. All fine ready to pay more if quality is there. No quantity poor service. Price gouging— beware!
Don’t mind paying more but need protein not all carbs & sauce. Sad that they count each slice of gyro they put in. Overpriced to the core. Won’t be returning and will warn friends.
Compared to this Zizikis is way better since you at least get quantity/see the meat (closed now unfortunately in plano) and also Fadi’s - fresh same day made stone ground humus (chickpeas soaked overnight) and A+ for customer service. Chicken and gyro shawarma quantity is 1lb or more for $9 and great quality.
Management needs to see how this place is run so customers are taken care of. Poor customer service.
Flower Child/True Food Kitchen is well priced for the quantity of food compared to this place.

My friend decided he wanted to try Greek food so we found this place and came for dinner. I want to say that our server was great and patient with us. The place is cute and cozy. We felt very welcomed. I will say, however, that the food was a bit disappointing. Our Greek salad and Greek village salad were very good and probably our favorite course. Simple yet very well done. We also very much enjoyed the Spread Trio, for which we picked the Tzatziki, Tirokafteri, and Melintzanosalata, which were each very distinctive and delicious. Each went well with the pita breat, which were as good as all the other reviews say. We also enjoyed an order of Saganaki. It was good, but the cheese hardened very quickly and was a bit difficult to separate once it did.
Regarding the entrees, that was probably our least faborite parts. The original gyro, which one of my friends ordered, was actually very good and probably among the best I had anywhete. However, I got the grecian chicken and just felt disappointed. The flavor seemed bland and nothing struck me as special or unique about the dish. My other friend ordered the lamb shank, which I almost ordered. I have had great lamb shank elsewhere and know what I like, but my friend told me it tasted bland as well and covered in a boring tomato sauce. Felt like a shame for something with so much potential.
If I were to ever return, I think I would stick with the more widely known dishes like salads and gyro platters. I also saw great things on reviews about their desserts, which we unfortunately were not able to try, so I would love to. Some of the specials on their menu, we just didn't enjoy so much.
