The play area tables are always sticky and nasty. The food is good but not enough to come back any longer. They use a bottle to dispense ketchup that doesn’t look like it’s wiped, the drink dispensers are nasty, and their tables are sometimes not cleaned even if it is slow. The drive thru is very slow compared to its competitors.

It’s been three months since I’ve gone to this location and the food was terrible and staff was rude and not friendly. Today I decided to take my daughter to play in the playground, and I decided to get something to eat there. I noticed the staff was a bit more friendlier and more attentive. Once I did receive my food, which was really quick I usually get my food when it’s cold but this time my food was fresh and hot and perfect. I spoke with the general manager To let him know that everything was great I didn’t realize that this place was under new management definitely a big upgrade. My husband had to convince me to go to Burger King to buy food here so thank you to my husband definitely five star rating. Keep up the good work Mr.Rico!

There's a new manager and everything is different now. The food is awesome, properly made, served hot and wait times are short. The store is also very clean and the new staff are friendly and professional....I highly recommend giving this location a try..best Burger King around!
Pay for food in the drive thru but they don't give you what you pay for and instead of refunding you, they offer coupons. That's theft but incompetence in my opinion.

Was ar Murphy USA in Pleasanton and the smell of the Burger King coming from next door was amazing, had to go have me a Whopper and it was outstanding! Best Burger King I've ever had. Give it a try!

Burger King is under new management, and you can definitely tell the difference! Huge thank you to Rico for letting me know the play area is finally fixed — the kids were so excited to play while I grabbed my daily ice water. Everything looks cleaner, the atmosphere feels more welcoming, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s so nice to have a spot where mom can take a break from cooking and the kids can burn off some energy. The play area feels brand new again! Great job to the new management team for turning this place around! 👏🍔👏

Always fast. Never have missing items. They even make my orders that arent on the menu anymore.
Edit to add: 11/04/25 Today while having lunch my daughter lost her 'prized' toy under one of the seats. While one employee tried to help retrieve it they just couldn't reach it. So they gave her a kids meal toy. While we really appreciated it, my daughter was still upset about her other toy. While trying to reach it myself the manager came over himself and helped rescue her toy! Thank you both for your help!
