I always stop here every time I go to Pleasanton to pick up some gizzards but today was a very strange visit. Customer service was not what it usually is. I don’t know if the gentleman was the manager what he was but Customer service was out of zero for me they were having light troubles. The gentleman I referred to was wearing a black polo shirt was on his cell phone. It was around 11:45 AM on July 28. The lights came on while I was waiting to speak to someone and I overheard the gentleman with the black polo shirt tell some customers that they were only receiving cash because of the power outage that had happened seconds ago I proceeded to walk out the store to get cash from my car and walk back In the store, the man with the black polo shirt was still on the phone chitchatting with someone it didn’tsound like a phone call he was having with corporate office more like a personal phone call. He continued to giggle walk the dining area while waiting for him to walk back to the counter. I was really tempted to walk out, but I really enjoy the gizzards and the Customer service I usually get I proceeded to go to the register and he asked what I want while he was still on the phone, he wrote down my order on a piece of paper. He wrote down eight pieces of gizzards, and I proceeded to make them aware that I need it the 12 piece he looked at me like I was bothering him for changing my order while still on his phone I continue to try and have a conversation with him and complement him on the good food, but it did not work. He proceeded with his phone call did not thank me for my comment I paid for my order and went and sat in the dining room. When my order was done I saw him packet, put it in a bag and bring it to me where I was sitting while mind you still on the cell phone I thanked him. He did not respond just turned around and left. He was very rude. Not to acknowledge a customer while on a personal phone call a lot of my family members stop by there when visiting Pleasanton I will share this with them because if he was a manager, he’s not a very good one. Very bad experience today.

The 30 bucks for 2 meals should be a crime. I left feeling immediate regret after getting my receipt. Oh, yeah-- the regret hit at that time because they don't list their prices on the menu, and the cashiers come out to your car and ask for your order without telling you the price before charging your card.
Also, it took 20 minutes for my order, which also stinks, and my chicken was rubbery and tasted undercooked. I H guess I'll find out later how sick I'm gonna be from eating here.

Ordered some livers and gizzards. One of the gizzards was green. They really should check their food better
Came in on a Saturday afternoon, staff was very polite, dining room was clean and chicken was juicy. Enjoyed my meal very much!
