Ordered through the mobile app for curbside pickup.It took long and the parking was horrible. People parked in curbside spots to go inside and eat. To top it off, some of those people wouldn't even park correctly, taking up more space from another spot.The food was delicious.The employee who brought out my order apologized for the wait. You could tell it was busy. So I understood for the food wait, but there was still parking available more towards the back of the side/back of the facility for those who weren't using curbside. That part was annoying.

My wife and I came in a few weeks ago about an hour before closing time. We sat at the bar to have a couple of drinks. Julie, the bartender was very patient and attentive. She made sure we didn't feel rushed even after we decided to order some fajitas to go. Great Service and felt very welcomed! Thank You Julie!

Waited an hr and a half pasted when my curbside said it would be ready(5:15pm). NOT because they were busy but simply due to lack of attention. Clearing a ticket from there monitors that was never made , not checking on my order the 2 times I came in to ask all I got was attitude and was told by this lady posted below “well other people ordered curbside too” then proceeded to walk away and not check on my order had to wait another 10 minuets for the other Togo lady to ask me if her co worker was checking on my food.(7:05)Just got home with our food the only thing that is hot is the burger we ordered. All our cheese dips cold my past cold. Our drinks given to us very watered down. And mind you we live no more then 5-7 minuets from chilis. And we got a cheese cake to compensate for our troubles. ?

We haven't been to Chili's for an extended length of time! My SIL enjoyed her steak cooked to her request and husband & I each had the quesadilla explosion salad. Very tasty and our waitress was very attentive, but not annoying.

Well when we walked in the Hostess didn't know how long the wait was. After 15 minutes we were seated and the waitress took our drink order. They never brought my sons Dr. Pepper,I ordered the boneless wings and they brought me wings with bones, My son ordered a old-timer cheese burger with cheese and mayo, he got just a burger. They did correct the problem. My thing is I have been to 4 different Chili's and I seem to have bad luck with them. I think I'll just quit going to Chili's.Parking: Not Enough Handicap parking

I am over the Chili's to go at this restaurant! The only thing I order to go is Cajun chicken pasta with extra sauce that I have to pay a $1 for and sometimes extra chicken which costs an extra $7.69.If I pick up my order I check EVERYTHING however if someone in my family picks it up they don't always check it. Tonight I ordered Cajun chicken pasta with extra sauce and extra chicken. The price before tax and tip $23.68. Yes that's expensive but it's 2-3 meals for me, well it used to be. The plastic container they put the food in used to be almost full and I felt equal to what I would get if eating in the restaurant. Below are pictures of the food I received it is a child's size portion! It's not the 1st time but it will be the last!
