Little Caesars Pizza

Came in to pick up my orders was greeted by rude staff.

Placed an order to go for 1 pizza to go. I get there and order is wrong and I would have been ok with it if there was an apology not an excuse I was given. Then to ask well do you want us to remake it because It is going to take 15 min. Of course I want it re-made correctly I paid for it. Ended up waiting 45min for one pizza. Service tends to lack these days.

Place was dirty. Service was fine and courteous .
But… this was the worst pizza I’ve had in my life and I’m 50 years old. Never going back.

Shit app and crap website. Used same card before multiple times yet keeps telling me only use the card eith the logos above on website and app. Mastercard and visa. Shouldn't be hard to order a damn pizza from yall.

It's ehh. 50/50 if your pizza is even fully cooked. Nothing like buying take out food just to go home and have finish cooking it myself. Base of pizza was so thin we wasn't even solid in the middle, it was a pool mush. Two pizzas undercooked. Yay

I went here on Sunday, December 21st around 6pm. I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust and a supreme. The pizzas were under cooked so badly that when we tried to pick up the slices to eat them, they just drooped and all the cheese and toppings slid off, causing a mess. The young adults working the counter were clearly and visibly bothered by customers coming in and interrupting the conversation they were having, as they were impatient and rushing people to finish their orders. I do not recommend this place if they continue to be in charge of the food and the service.

Cashiers expect a tip for turning around to hand you a pizza. A cashier refused to ask the kitchen how long it would be for a stuffed crust stating he worked up here and they work back there so he didn’t know. This was repeated twice. We walked out and went to Pizza Hut. These people expect a tip???

They forgot Ranch again! My only complaint otherwise it’s Awesome always!

I had an issue and submitted feedback for it. I was called and had my issue resolved. When I went back a few days later everything was great and the pizza was hot n ready and fresh. I was treated kindly when I went in. Thank you for reaching out to me so quickly and being so nice. I will be back soon.
