I don't care how old you are, if you're trained to work, follow through. No excuse for the cold burger, missing fries and wrong drink order given at 1130am prior to lunch rush. The manager is negligent. Yet, apparently this McDonald's doesn't take the reviews seriously and make appropriate changes.

Late night crew was rude and unprofessional. My food looked like it was pressed through a ringer, very unappetizing. The drive thru lady just handed my things and slamming the window. Never once said Welcome, Thank you, have a great night, or any kind of decent service. She just handed my things, slammed the glass and turned around to continue her conversation with her friends. I guess this is what $15/hr gets you.

Look at that bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, sub round egg. Oh wait! Folded egg from a carton and s bacon crumble! And guess who won’t answer their phone. If I could give this location less than one star, I would.

The staff are friendly enough, but they have no idea how to run a restaurant. What is the point in using the kiosk if they don't call your table number, they call your order number but the kiosk doesn't give you a receipt. When you do get your order there are no drinks and they ask you what you ordered. Why not just get it right the first time.

Went to drive thru last night around 11:30pm. No one came over intercome after 5 min. Pulled up to window to try and get service but the sign on window said," don't take orders here. Pull around" I was not going to pull around and wait AGAIN for no service.

Unprofessional staff arguing in front of customers over who has to take their order, gross dirty counter in food prep area, lines around the building (on a Tuesday, not the weekend) and no one was getting their food. Several people drove off without getting their food and so did we. Who knows if anyone got what they ordered, probably not. Glad I'm not the franchise owner.

Thank you for making me spend the afternoon in the hospital! I asked for no pickles cause I'm allergic and cashier said that the big mac doesn't come with pickles, didn't checked cause I was driving and eating. The burger had pickles and I ate half of a pickle slice so I had to drive to the hospital, thank you again it was a fun experience
