Drive-thru order. The food was so bad, my teenager threw it away and I ended up going to Taco Bell. Fries were cold and old, nuggets hard, and mcchicken wasn’t any better. We won’t be going back.

It always takes a long time to get someone to take my order at the drive thru. Lot of the times I get warm food. I noticed that I have to ask for my food to be fresh and hot.

The staff was impeccable! They were all professionally uniformed and at their stations working. No slacking, no one on their phones, no playing around, no yelling or being loud. No music blasting from the kitchen. Nathan, the manager, at my visit, was very professional and courteous. I haven’t seen this much professionalism at a fast food restaurant in decades! Ya’ll are awesome!🩷

very frustrated did my order on the app and line was long so went inside and no one acknowledged me at the counter for over 5 minuets even after they looked at me. location Pleasanton Texas.
I definitely pulled up to the speaker before the person at the other speaker pulled up but yet they waited on the other person first know that's not cool not cool at all
