Under new management and with the manager Zach it is alot better. He went above and beyond when my order had got messed up payment wise with a giftcard. Great communication, very respectful. He provided excellent customer service, food was delicious as well.

I ordered a pizza and the bottom was completely burned. I took it back and the blonde guy was extremely rude and rolled his eyes and said “all my pizzas come out like that.” They remade the pizza but it still came out burned. This is not the first time I’ve received terrible service here. I am extremely disappointed.

I want to say first off I made a mistake in ordering my pizzas online the website has too much going on and when I called in because I thought my pizza didn’t have sauce on it I found that I had accidentally ordered Alfredo instead of marinara sauce. The GM said he was directed through corporate not to replace mistakes made with online orders. Well I also ordered well done which they were not after calling and being hung up on the first time we contacted corporate who said they would remake them well done but would not replace the sauce it had to be as ordered. They did refund me but here my family sits with no dinner and a bad taste of horrible customer service in our mouths.

Decided to give them another chance, at the beginning of the year they were horrible. This time was great! The pizzas were delicious and weren't burnt like they were around January. Will definitely be returning! Everyone was nice when I walked in too!

My family and I ordered four pizzas and wings a couple weeks ago. The pizzas were made to perfection, and the wings were super yummy. They certainly don’t skimp on sauce and toppings! We will definitely order again. Even our delivery driver was prompt and very friendly. Great experience and highly recommend!

We had ordered when they first opened. We were not impressed but now we have found out. It’s under new management and we ordered a pizza to give it another try and it is probably the best pizza we have ever eaten. The crust was golden brown the pizza was topped from the outside, and it was very presentable and very appetizing Thank goodness Pleasanton has a great pizza place to go to now, I want to Thank the manager, Zach, and his crew for such a great dinner

If I could go without any stars I would! I spent over 100$ on food. We got three of the Parmesan crusted Philly & cheese. And two custom pizzas. Garlic knots and Parmesan wings. Everything was burnt. And the Philly cheesesteak things had nothing in them. Ok well a few teeny tiny pieces. The wings were so tough and bland! I don’t even know what to say except it was a waste of my time driving to get it and money buying it! You guys need to know this isn’t an exaggeration! I have photos if I can figure out how to post them I definitely will! All I can say is DO NOT Waste your money!

Ordered the meats extra cheese easy on the sauce received a sausage pizza not easy sauce and no extra cheese and mind you I like papa John’s but this also did not taste like papa John’s it was horrible and the only reason I tried to eat it was the fact the wouldn’t answer the phone tried several times. Horrible!!!

On 5 Sept 2024 at about 3:00pm I placed an order over the phone for carry out. About twenty minutes later , I went to the store to pickup my order. The women working was asleep in the chair with her feet on the desk, her head was back and her mouth was open. No mistake......she was knocked out. I yelled three or four times and clapped my hands three or four times before she woke up. She came to the counter and pulled my order up on the computer. She said that she will start my order before the others. I asked/stated that she hadn't even started my order. She said that she didn't hear the notification for new orders. I don't think she would have heard a bomb drop. I just told her to don't worry about my order and go back to her nap. I just went to another pizza place down the road.
I'm just glad that I was planning on paying in person and not over the phone.
