First and most importantly, I want to say they do have amazing food. However, as someone who has been going here for 3 years now, the service has went down hill tremendously. We placed an order tonight at 7:30, we were told it would only be 20 minutes. After arriving, we waited until 8:40 just to be told someone else had gotten our food. Totally understand that mistakes happen, though, their solution to this was to give us the food after the customer returned back with it. Anyone who works in a restaurant knows this is not okay for many reasons. I will admit, the server tried to make it right by having the cook remake our food but instead he yelled at her, telling her to get the food back from the other customer. We ended up leaving the food and getting a refund. This is the third time in a few months we have had problems with extremely long wait times. As much as I love their food, I sadly will not be returning.

The pizza takes a bit more time than the big chains do because they actually make the pizza to order..the taste and quality is soo worth the extra mins.! I Highly recommend them! They have other menu items that I've not tried, but plan on to do so in the near future! 🥰

We had great service 👍 and the food was delicious. The bread knots are tasty! The pizza is very good. The pasta plate had five different pasta dishes and each tasted great!
Haven't had a dish I didn't like yet. Food is fresh made and delicious! The fried ravioli appetizer is the best!

Omg the chicken Marsala was amazing! The service was excellent! And the atmosphere was wonderful! Staff is on point he attended to us since we got here till we left! I highly recommend!

Came in while traveling, came off of 37 into Pleasanton to eat here. Came in some long haired guy told us to sit anywhere. We did, he asked what we wanted to drink we told him and never saw him again. We waited 15 to 20 minutes before we left because he never brought us our drinks or came back to take our food order.

Just an overall amazing pizza, crust was nice n crunchy with very well cooked toppings. 3.8/5 pizza score, I definitely recommend giving them a try.
Fantastic pizza, 1/2 peperoni, 1/2 meatball absolutely delicious! Beautiful, comfortable ambiance. Our hostess, Miss Sapphire very helpful. We look forward to trying another meal.

Customer service was great. Wanted a pizza and the lady needed to check if they had dough. Respectable Pizza was terrible. Way to much dough. Way to much cheese. I am a picky NY pizza dude, but this wasn't even close. Sorry for being honest. Meatball parm i had was good made up for the pizza . I will go back, as I saw the chicken parm and it looked amazing.
