We went for the 1st time. Driving from San Antonio to Poteet because I had gone to Pleasanton but they were closed on a Saturday. So we went to Poteet and after everything I've heard about Rosita's being really good we were disappointed the barbacoa wasn't that good as the reviews say and the tamales were alright not awesome as the reviews said. Glad we went so I could quit pestering my wife about going. We won't be going back. Sorry

If you want good barbacoa, the best menudo, excellent service, and a clean establishment, then you need to come here. I haven't tried their Tamales, always sold out, so it must be good. Go early, they sell out of everything by 10 am.
