Update-A month later I returned. They've fixed a lot of things. They fixed the disgusting dangerous broken play area, the random feral cats are gone,and employees are out sweeping regularly.
This is like a complete 180° who ever listened, thank you. I'll change the 1 stars.

It’s the wait, while we are expecting the food even though the screen shared 20 minutes ago and that someone was bringing it out, it’s the wait of having the wait for all the orders to be done to get yours no matter how much quicker you got there before someone else, it’s every time and that leads to cold food.

Decent food. Maybe a little slow getting preorders out. My main complaint 1/2 price drinks were a perk of using app at start but now they changed it to a reward that can't be combined with other reward. 😭 I've ordered less food since that change, and made fewer trips.
It's pretty good food orders are messed up a lot so check your bag but the staff is really nice and always ready to help so even though I have to check every time the staff makes it worth it.

Always busy everytime I go almost the whole lot is full so in turn they take forever to get you your food, the speakers are pretty outdated so it makes it hard to understand what they're asking

Just ordered a drink Strawberry Limeade. If you small pieces of strawberries in your drink this is the place.
Gross with stray animals surrounding the place.
