Second time this has happened I ordered ahead so i can pick up and go home and my groceries won’t be sitting in the car I get here at the time they said my order would be ready and both employees are just sitting up front when I walked in they didn’t even know I had a mobile order asking me to check the to go rack well surprise surprise nothing there I get people get tired throughout the day and want a break but handle what needs to be handled first this seems to be a reoccurring issue not only with myself but others who’ve left reviews

If you want a lot of eye rolls while placing your order and for every item you ask for, this is the place!! Young lady was equally rude when she figured out I did not leave a tip. I will never order from this subway ever again. I will purposely not walk into any subway this franchise owner runs. I won’t pay that much money for two sandwiches just to have someone be rude. Ruined my meal.

I'd ont know why I keep stopping at this subway, mainly because I tend to forget there's one in the Walmart. I stopped in today to grab a sandwich on my way home firstly I walk in and stand at the counter for about 5ish or more min because there's one girl doing chip restock and nobody else I can see but here. Does the girl doing chips acknowledge my existence not other than looking up when I walked in the door, other than that nothing not a word or a gester of any kind. So after standing there like a ghost someone finally comes to help me and she's the chip girl and she obviously hates being there(which don't we all hate our jobs but it's not my fault your here i just want a sandwich). I'm pretty sure the only reason she came to assist is because someone else walked in. When I get home with my sandwich and proceed to eat it it's stale as ever the bread is hella hard and the top is so stale it's falling apart. I don't expect perfection but if I'm spending almost 10 bucks a sandwich I at least expect it to be some what fresh, which seems to be a problem with this store. The bread here is either stale or the vegetables are soggy and old and the employees no matter who's there absolutely hates everything and doesn't want you there.

So my wife ordered online for me and her cause I had a lunch break from work I get there and the food isn't ready yet . So I'm waiting and the girl that is putting the veggies on it and cutting dressed my sandwich sloppy the sandwich didn't look like a sandwich 🤔 looked like something I had to eat with a fork . It also didn't have everything I ordered . I take it back up to get it remade and a bunch of people walk in like over 10 people I have currently been waiting 30 mins for a remake . Apparently if your a customer that already paid you are no longer priority even if you are eating in store. When I finally went back to ask about my remake they were like is that what that was pointing at my old sandwich just sitting g on the back counter . Didn't bother to remake it even when the store franchise owner showed up and was helping making sandwiches 😒. This is unacceptable for any customer service . I personally will no longer eat her at this subway across from pleasanton pd . Standards have dropped for customer service and I do not recommend.

Always out of everything! The person who does inventory needs to do their job better. And the employees that fill the door dash orders always mess up. Tonight my sandwich was missing the sauce and subkrunch that basically makes the sandwich so it tasted very bland. Didn’t even get the right chips. This isn’t the first time. It’s a constant thing. 🤬

I eat at subway all over south Texas and the one that is the worst one it the one in the town that I live in Pleasanton. I always order a steak and cheese foot long with just the meat and cheese heated up and I was told they will not do that which is bull, I guess when you have lazy management and a new person working and the manager is busy trying to screw an employee is guess that is priority over customer. Good job subway.

I ordered online. I picked up my order around 2:30pm today. I walked into the restaurant and noticed the female caucasian cashier eating a cookie. She didn't greet me at all, and went to hide in the back to finish eating her cookie. After she disappeared, her co-worker, a male hispanic cashier, went to the front and just stared at me, and didn't even bother talking to me. It appeared that his mouth was full of food, too, which I'm thinking was also a cookie. I asked him where my online order was, and instead of using his precious breath to speak to me, he just pointed at the online order pickup section. I know this is fast food, and I don't expect the best service, but the customer service here was pathetic. Then, I get home and my sandwich was drenched with way too much ranch dressing. Then, the sugar in my sweet tea was still grainy. Needless to say, but I will NEVER be returning to this Subway location. The food sucked and the service was even worse. Also, I'm sure Subway wouldn't be too happy about their own employees eating their product for free.

Past 2 times I’ve ordered for delivery I’ve been missing my chips and my drinks! When I contact the store they say to go through the app when I use the app it’s no help. Can’t even get my money back for items I didn’t receive!!

Ordered in the app and both my sandwiches were wrong, one was missing bell peppers and bananas peppers, which fine who cares it happens, but the second sandwich was a completely different sandwich from what I ordered, I ordered roast beef and they gave me turkey and bacon!? Not even close!

When I walked in, there was a line of about 5 people and one girl working. Which is ok, I don’t mind waiting. Another girl came in at 4 and the first girl left immediately without helping her at all. She had to run back and forth to refill toppings we wanted, clean knives, etc. Serena was the girl that came in at 4 and honestly she’s the reason I didn’t rate one star. She did the best she could and stayed pleasant. All the sodas had no syrup, no lids for my drink, only like 3 or 4 options for chips. The girl that left at 4 could’ve really helped her co worker and the customers if she had just stayed 5-10 mins longer
