The entitled child of a manager at this restaurant that uses the threat of calling the police because you (me) can't tell him they messed up should not be in the position of a manager. He calls the police on you of THEY mess up your order and then you return to the restaurant & ask them to fix it. Then he proceeds to lie to the police ( then I had to start recording him on my phone because of his lies). This child cannot handle stress, is a liar and an entitled incompetent so called man. People were asking for refunds while I was waiting because he was too busy yelling in the back and customers had been waiting up to 45 minutes for their order. Fortunate for me... I will absolutely NEVER return to that place. This was on 12/18/25 in the evening. If I could file a lawsuit against this person and restaurant I would. I am seeking legal counsel.

Order a crunchwrap and specifically asked for no source cream and first bite i get a blob of that crap. It said it on the screen at drive through. Whoever makes the food needs to read what is on screen as they make it. It wasnt busy either.

Made order wrong went back to get it fixed still wrong I understand when you have a rush that you make mistakes but when you literally have no one there and not only get the order wrong once but twice something is wrong with the management not doing there job right with the crew

I wanted to be nice and bring home lunch for my wife during my lunch hour. Turns out even if you order it 20 to 30 minutes earlier than when you actually get there to pick it up it still won't be ready because they wait until you get there to finally put your order in. Makes no sense that I put in a pickup order if you're not going to have it ready for me and then make me wait 20 more minutes after I get there. Food's good not happy with the service though. Time management needs to be better

I was greeted with a complement for my patriotic shirt. I was using a cane, and was offered assistance when I went to leave. The fries aren't as good as they used to be, but the Big Mac was.

Ordered food at the drive thru, had a lux box and asked to change the chalupa to beef, after I paid i asked is the chalupa beef when she handed me the bag, she said yes. I asked if sauce was in the bag, she said yes. So I went home, not only was the meat not beef but when I immediately called to tell her she hung up on me, I called back twice with no answer. I dont care if its 20 minutes from closing! You were asked before I ever left if my order was correct and you assured me it was, and when I tried to contact you to resolve the issues you hung up on me. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting your employer and corporate.
Got here at the pleasanton tx place and right away i was told they would be closed at 10 p.m. sign outside says open till 12a.m

I know fast food around here is mid, but this place took it to a whole new level. I ordered a grilled burrito & taco meal. The burrito had almost no meat & the taco was mushy 😣 it was $11 and so feeling ripped off. Sad for our little town.
