Went for one drink after a long day, I walked in with my service animal and a blonde woman sitting at one of the tables told me pets were not allowed. When asking her if even service animals were not allowed, she informed me they were not. I am diabetic and absolutely have to have my service animal. So upon hearing the news I left immediately. Very disappointed in the customer service and compassion of this bar. Would not advise anyone to visit this bar. I called back and learned the woman who told me I was unable to bring my service animal in name. Her name is Karen, and she does not care about her customers one bit. She was not polite about informing us of this policy and very abruptly told us we needed to leave. 1/10. This bar does not have the most inviting ambiance to begin with, after being turned away because of a service animal I will definitely never return to this bar. VERY disappointed.

I have never felt so uneasy in any establishment but this place made me feel uncomfortable from the second I walked in . I felt judgement from the way I looked and my nationality .. will never come back again
