Didn’t have the lean brisket that I wanted. The food was warm, not hot. The Customer Service was OK, but could’ve been a little bit more friendlier and pay attention to me as a customer and not the other associates around him. The pricing was also very deceptive. I thought I was paying $14 for a two meat plate and had to go back to realize it was $14-$25, the associate could’ve explained the price and the differences.

absolutely love the BBQ place. My daughter always orders her food herself “small Mac and cheese with extra cheese on top” Giovanni is always so nice to her. We also love Gary! He orders The HEB bacon spinach artichoke dip for me Ana lets me know personally when it’s ready to pickup. Wonderful HEB and even better workers💖

Showed up at 6 pm, after a 35 minute drive to be told No More sliced brisket and not enough chopped for sandwiches.... I love tru texas bbq but to be out 3 hours before you close and the lady just laughed about it. ... I won't be back to this heb again!
