The staff was efficient and friendly. I was especially impressed that they took the temperature of eat meat before serving to ensure safety.

Special shout out to the banana and churro puddings, they were beyond expectation and tasted like they were made table side!

The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, nothing was out of stock.

This will become my regular stop when I visit family in Pleasanton, even over Shifters.

Didn’t have the lean brisket that I wanted. The food was warm, not hot. The Customer Service was OK, but could’ve been a little bit more friendlier and pay attention to me as a customer and not the other associates around him. The pricing was also very deceptive. I thought I was paying $14 for a two meat plate and had to go back to realize it was $14-$25, the associate could’ve explained the price and the differences.

absolutely love the BBQ place. My daughter always orders her food herself “small Mac and cheese with extra cheese on top” Giovanni is always so nice to her. We also love Gary! He orders The HEB bacon spinach artichoke dip for me Ana lets me know personally when it’s ready to pickup. Wonderful HEB and even better workers💖
