Probably the worst wing stop location all together! I’ve never experienced worse. Bone in wet wings are always dried up & smell out of date. They’re over cooking them, serving wings that have been sitting to long or both. The wings never have more than a pinch of the flavor sauce you ordered on them! The veggies are always old & dried out. It’s absolutely ridiculous! Such a simple concept. Wings should be fresh, juicy & dripping with the sauce you ordered! This is a consistent problem so this store needs new management & the staff needs to be retrained & held to standard. Get it together, wing stop ain’t cheap yet it’s so simple to make it good. The management just doesn’t care about the quality so neither do the employees.

Food is pretty good..there’s this one girl that always has an attitude with me even when I’m nice…their outside trash is always overflowing..tables were nasty and sticky.

The staff and food were 5 star. The lady who took our order, Sophia, had some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen at a casual dining place. She was kind, smiled, and rang up our order perfectly. And the cooks did an amazing job - the wings and cheese fries were fresh and perfect! I was highly impressed.

We picked up an order of wings and when we got them the wings were very Burnt and dry and when we tried to talk to the manager about this issue he was very disrespectful and hung up the phone after we had asked for his name. Never eating at this Wing Stop again If you want good wings don’t go here!

I know we went kinda late at night. Food was delicious but the 3 piece tenders we got were kinda small. Then they ran out of ketchup and had no utensils. Customer service was Excellent though
