I’ve held off writing this review because I believe this place is always busy but when it’s the third time they mess up I’m just over it. Someone here has got to get it together. Tonight I submitted an online order so my order can be ready for pick up 2 hours later. Husband goes by at scheduled time for pick up and nothing was ready. He waited 45 minutes and nothing. Came to find out they gave our order to someone else. When he went to ask for his money back (he paid in cash) they didn’t know how to get the register open. I’m SO done with this place.

Called in an order 30 min ahead of time just to wait another 20 min when arrived. Foods sitting on rack and I can see it, but gotta wait in line. GET ANOTHER CASHIER, ONE WHO ANSWERS PHONES.
After placing an online order I arrived 20 minutes later. I checked in and paid and still sat there another 25 minutes I was furious come to find out they left my order on the to go rack and they forgot I was there. So not only did I get cold food but my family who ordered McDonald’s with shakes had cold food and melted shakes. This did it for me will not return.

Last night we walked in, ordered and they said 40 min. Which we waited for. Many ppl walked out. A man called in an order & he said they were telling everyone the same 40 min. After an hour & seeing ppl who came after us get their order and finish eating we were still waiting. Hubby went to ask for a refund. The cashier said (oh I just put your order up there) so several of us got left out of the order they should follow. New manager didn't even know how to give a refund. Ws on phone trying to give others their refund as well. NO APOLOGY NO "LET ME FIX THIS" NOTHING. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I posted on fb and apparently there are many ppl this has happened to. They need to start posting reviews here. Very disappointing.
