Perfect gourmet pizza! Incredibly tasty thin crust with crunchy air pockets and yummy leopard spotting. The arugula and prosciutto pizza was savory, buttery and bright all in one! The huge Caesar salad was fresh and crispy with a very nice traditional dressing. Attentive staff in a delightful setting. Definitely recommend Dylan’s!

We heard about this place from a friend. We were very disappointed. The service was horrible. Very different experience than the other service we had received in Port Aransas. Very glad we went our last day to Dylan's. I had been saying how great the service was in Port Aransas. Everywhere else was a nice beach town with owners serving at the restaurants and then we went down to cinnamon shore to see what it was all about. The patio didn't have any cover and it seemed like none of the servers wanted to be there. One server told us to hold on and then a few minutes later another server said go find whatever table you want. Then we said we were ready to order and the server disappeared for a long time before coming back with something to write with. So many better options than the over developed corporate vibe of cinnamon shores.

Food menu is limited so if you want more then pizza this is not the place for you. That being said the pizza was delicious. Unfortunately they really missed the mark on service. If it would have been one sad staff member we would have given the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately we had zero positive interactions here. I would stick with truly local places on the island as opposed to this place which is more commercialized.
If I could give a -10 stars, I would. We waited over 2 hours to get our pizza and then it was burned. The staff was non-existent and there were minimal toppings on the pizza when we got it- mainly sauce. They ran out of toppings and plates. Then when we got the check and had multiple things that were not ours. Total debacle. Order Dominos.

Our first visit to Dylan’s was last January when we were visiting Port Aransas for the first time. Fast-forward a year later and we are back to one of our favorite spots we have been to and definitely My ❤️ man’s favorite pizza. Second time around was just as good as the first. The crust on this pizza is to die for and also the flavor of the sauce and toppings is so fresh and delicious. Every staff member was happy and cheerful and seem to be enjoying their job which we find is rare these days so it made the experience even more enjoyable. We will be back again for sure, once before we leave this visit and then again next year when we return.
