It's just ok. They do serve Blue Bell ice cream, so that's a plus. The service wasn't especially friendly, but I give them the benefit of the doubt, because they weren't unfriendly either. Just sort of blah. The chairs were pretty cool though.

Customer Service is horrible, Bought a brownie sundae ? and the brownie was hard , Was told they had no cold water to purchase, Would not replace brownie, The store is dirty I could not sit at the ice cream table , Do not go there avoid this place . Wanted nuts and was told there was none , Asked what sause besides chocolate and the lady pointed and said over there , I was looking and wondering were is over there .The Heavy set female with blonde hair behind the counter needs to find another job. I will not go back . I would give -3 if it was possible .

We had a great experience last night! The girls offered the new special flavors to everyone walking in. They offered samples and were friendly to everyone walking in. They quickly served us 9 ice creams for our large party. Wil be back!

Pretty sad, rude attitude from the girl behind the counter. Asked me what I expected after telling me they didn't have whipped cream. Ice cream was freezer burnt. Wouldn't recommend. She started cussing and acting pretty angry when I tried taking pictures, lol.

Absolutely not coming back. Worst place I’ve ever been to. The people that worked there gave us terrible attitude and were so uncaring about us. We also struggled to sit on their broken chairs, and furniture.
