We had a great time the other night eating here. Food was great, ceviche was very tasty, and the beef / shrimp fajita were amazing. Welcoming feeling as soon as you come in the door. It is a bit of a wait but definitely worth it.

1st off the margaritas that we ordered with an extra shot of Grand Mariner tasted and felt like they actually did not contain any alcohol. Our entire table of 8 adults all felt the same way. We even ordered a second round and still could not detect a hint of alcohol. No buzz after two large margaritas???

The food tasted good. Our waitress was great. However, for what you actually received, the food did feel pretty overpriced. 22$ for 3 small enchiladas with rice and beans. Again all tasted good, just over priced.

Overall I'd say this is a textbook example of a tourist trap. Watered down drinks and overpriced food. There's definitely better spots on the island.

Great service! Waiter was so nice and made the meal more enjoyable! If you want to get a table go at 3:45 to add your name to a list then show up before 4:50 or you will have to wait for a table. Great atmosphere, servers are really nice and so welcoming! Overall, great food great service great restaurant! I definitely recommend coming here!

Go here! It’s a local gem and the menu is great! The salsa is flavored well. The food is fresh and tasty.

I have been coming here for years, at least 18 maybe more and everything is always outstanding!! Food is always amazing! Always consistent! Very friendly service!! I always get the crab enchiladas and sometimes the scallop plate, both are amazing!! My husband gets the island pepper, also amazing! Wish I could give this place 10 stars! I will always love this restaurant!! Thank you for all the years of great food and service!!

First off .. Expect the wait, the secret is out. We look forward to this place as much as we do the beach. The Island pepper is amazing, my wife gets crab enchiladas. We occasionally venture away from those and have never been let down. Service is always excellent but be patient and kind, they are really busy.

I had been here back in 2018 and have wanted to go back ever since. Was finally able to get in this last vacation trip and it did not disappoint. The quail stuffed jalapeños with chipotle sauce was sooo good! Then we had the poblano stuffed with steak fajita, again, amazing ! Love their salsa as well.
This place is worth the wait to get into.

Best Mexican food in Port Aransas great service tried their island pepper it was delicious!

Had the seafood enchilada plate, crab, shrimp and crawfish. The food was delicious but I got terribly sick with food poisoning. I was there on April 3rd. Any one else have issues

We had a great evening. A little wait, but it was well worth it! The steak fajitas were delicious. A huge amount of food. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Kid-friendliness: I did not see any children on my visit, but I didn't see any reason I wouldn't take a child.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is pretty tight quarters. I would suggest a reservation to confirm a spot.

Cash only, no split checks, mediocre food. I don’t like to go into a restaurant with a big party not knowing there is a cash only and no split checks policy so one person gets stuck with a huge bill and has to pull out a huge amount of cash. Because who carries that amount of cash with them anymore. It’s embarrassing and ruins the whole night in my opinion. I have a problem being told what to do by a restaurant that I’m giving my business to anyway. Was not an enjoyable evening. Also, I really don’t need an apology for the cash only policy when that’s your policy. Thanks. The waitress actually had the nerve to tell me to eat more vegetables. The mediocre food and terrible service was definitely not worth the headache.
