Extremely Disappointing My boyfriend and I visited this bar while vacationing in Port Aransas, excited to enjoy a night out. The venue has multiple bar areas that each serve different drinks. At the first bar, we spent over $300, tipping generously — my boyfriend is Mexican, and the staff there treated us with basic courtesy.
But when we tried to explore the other areas of the venue, everything changed. At one of the other bars, a staff member was incredibly rude, telling us, “We sell those drinks in the front,” without any effort to help or clarify. It felt like we were being brushed off purely because my boyfriend was the only dark-skinned person around — it was blatant and made us both feel unwelcome and targeted.
What hurt more was the way it was handled when I brought it to the manager, Ben. Instead of addressing the issue seriously, he quickly dismissed my concerns and offered us just one free drink, as if that could make up for how my boyfriend was treated. It felt minimizing and insincere.
We came in as respectful, paying guests — again, spending over $300 — and left feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable.
This is supposed to be a tourist destination, but if you care about equality, kindness, or being treated with basic dignity, I’d recommend staying far away. I sincerely hope the ownership takes a hard look at how their staff treats people of color and begins proper training immediately.

What a diverse and amazing place. Lots of different spots to fill your evening, dancing, drinking and lounging. Perfect for your every mood.
The newest addition, the Busted Bicycle, has a low key, upscale atmosphere, with different gathering rooms for your party to enjoy. The drinks are delicious and affordable (must try, Espresso Martini) and the staff are friendly and attentive.

The band was ok but we started a tab and had 2 drinks. When we closed the tab it was for 14.58. It posted to our credit card as 110.00

BEWARE! We started a tab...we had only 1 beer and we got charged $50. Manager at bar stated " we do it because people run off before paying"...That my friends is shady business! She said its stated at bar but guess what?Its a small notice behind bar and we had a waitress who never let us know about their policy at the bar. We asked if we would automatically be credited for $46 difference. Manager said it depended on our bank?!? .. So, beware younger crowd that may get overdraft fees ...this place is shady if use a credit card.

We recently had a girls trip to Port Aransas and wanted to listen to live music one of the nights. We drove our goldf cart to Treasure Island Bar.This bar has something for everyone! A great large outdoor space where live music plays, an indoor bar with a more quiet ambiance and a dance club with a DJ. SO FUN! There's a bar area in all 3. Every drink you can think of they serve it. Definitely a good choice coming here!
