Had family in from out of state and we spent the weekend on the Island.Jays Seafood and Spaghetti Works was one of several establishments we ate in.Service was good food was a bit lacking in seasoning. But I've come to expect thatWith restaurants that deal with a mass amount of people. Prices are average for a tourist destination.

Terrible service. Waiter completely ignored our table. He walked past our table over and over again and we had to ask other staff members for our food, refills and our check. Our food didn’t come out at the same time. It was just a disappointment.

My family and I went for dinner one night. There were 8 of us and when we checked in we were given a 35-50 minute wait. After an hour wait my husband asked how much longer it would be and the host said we have to wait till the big table is available. They sat down when we originally checked in and I wish we would have known that’s what we were waiting for.Now for the food and service. By the time we got sat (1.5 hour wait) our server was rushed and when we had questions about the menu he was very short. The food and drinks came out very fast and overall the food was just ok. It’s not worth the price they are charging.I ordered the fried fish and was given one small fried fish piece, some fries and a side salad for $22. The fish piece looked like a kids portion. If you order anything here the chicken alfredo was great.Other than that save your time and money and choose a different restaurant.

Decent spot for families. Good food, better service, could use a complimentary bread basket. Pizza was excellent for the kids.

Unfortunately, my experience at Seafood & Spaghetti Works was disappointing. Despite our interest in trying their dishes, the staff seemed disinterested and provided poor service. We were not acknowledged or assisted, leading us to leave without purchasing anything. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future to create a more welcoming environment for patrons.

This was a great place to eat. I had spaghetti. Others had seafood and really enjoyed it. Port Aransas has really changed and gotten much bigger than it was when I was a child and lived here

Signed up on the waitlist at the kiosk and it said our wait would be 28-42 minutes, saw our name in there and watched people who came in after us be seated. I asked the hostess after waiting for at least 30 minutes and she said our name was not on the list but would seat us right away, waited another 20-30 minutes and asked again, and she said we had 5 parties ahead of us. So I would like to give a review but we were never seated and didn’t get to eat. We went down the street to Castaways and were seated right away and had an amazing meal!

We joined the wait list before leaving Gulf Waters RV resort and arrived within 10 minutes of our appointed time. WE STILL WAITED 40 MINUTES ON SITE. And with 2 young children who are hungry this can be stressful for all. They were full but I noticed that they were not very efficient at turning tables over. It relied upon the hostess and she was not efficient. Our server was just fine no issues there but I'm lumping in the hostess into service category. We were a party of 4 so nothing crazy, with 2 kiddos one of which only required a high chair so we could have easily fit at a 3 top.The food was great and it came out quick as we placed our entire order immediately upon being seated. They just need to do much better on turning tables over.

Service was ok. Server didn’t engage much. It was my daughters birthday and they didn’t offer dessert or anything. We had 5 children and he didn’t offer to get 2 of our kids children plates, he just ordered them the larger portions. Food was very bland. The calamari was tough and tasteless. The Chicken Parmagian had sauce that tasted straight out of a can. The shrimp and artichoke dip had no taste. Food looked good but tasteless. The only thing that had good flavor was the steak, everything else needed either garlic, or seasoning. For the price it wasn’t worth the meal. Would not recommend this place.
