The food is on par or slightly better then the average fast food restaurant. Ate in, dining room was clean and quiet. My server was best part of entire experience, she was polite and helpful. Great work Lakendra!

Hannah, the mgr at this store, was amazing! I ordered from door dash and she personally made sure to cook fresh fries for my order so they would not be cold when delivered to me...great friendly customer service!

The food is always good, and employees are friendly. Regrets that after several recent visits and even after bringing the matter up with employees, so far none has been observed wearing protective gloves. This should be changed; I would feel much more comfortable if they would adjust this for the safety of the customers and employees.

The Arby’s in port Arthur tx is horrible the employees are extremely rude. The manager stares you down with a mean glare if u complain because your food wasn’t correct. They wouldn’t remake my sandwich.The employees turn around and yell and cuss at each other not caring who hears it. It seems more like the customer is a burden to them when you pull up. They always want you to pull around and wait on your food for 20 mins even if they aren’t busy and no one is behind you in th

As a small business owner I look at advertising as a major part of the business. It would be a lot better if the sign was bigger you can't even see it from the highway. And as a resident of the Port Arthur area I often forget that the restaurant is even here which results in me taking my buisness elsewhere.
