Big Doobie’s cracklins are THE BEST in the Golden Triangle area. Heck I’ll even say, his are the best I have ever eaten, and I order cracklins where ever they’re available. If you’re not from this area and want some good cracklins, Big Doobie’s is where you’ll find them.Also, he sells out pretty quickly at the end of the day, so if you know you want ‘em, call ahead and he’ll put some back for ya. He’s a super great guy.Parking: Due to the amount of folks flocking to Big Doobie’s, it is sometimes difficult to get a spot to park right a way. Sometimes you have to wait for someone to leave, but it is definitely worth the wait.

What can I say, the name already says it. The cracklings are outstanding, so much so, I've had to make a conscious effort to limit myself lol. The boudoin balls are also a great choice, and they have a seating area next to the trailer if you'd rather eat there while your food is nice and hot.
