Did an online order. I did the " burger for breakfast " option .. 2 whoppers . Once I get there to pick up my order. The lady was saying something but I couldn't understand her. Her English was horrible. Finally I pieced it together what she was saying. They did not have Whopper buns. I asked for a refund and she held up her finger and began dialing on her phone. Someone must of answered because she started speaking Spanish. Then got off the phone and said "We make". I waited a few more minutes and then she handed me a bag. I took it in a hurry because I had someone waiting in the car. The "Whopper" I received was so small. Don't go to BK on Twin City. If they'll rip me off for $12 then what else are they doing? It was wrapped in a Whooper Jr paper that's how small they were. The tomatoe was bigger than the whole burger!???

It was good. I was walking and I went in and I asked a manager if I could possibly get a cup of water.... She was very nice to me I was handed a small cup I was very appropriated. She was very nice to me.I will go back when my money gets here. Ill spend money there any time.That showed me that she doesn't care that I didn't have any money. To me that meant a lot to me... People seem to look down on people that doesn't have money all the time.. Thanks to the woman who treated me with dignity.....

I waited in the drive-through for five minutes no one ever answered me then I pulled up to the window, and the worker looked at me twice, waited on another customer, then walked straight past the drive-through window and did not even acknowledge

By far the worst experience I've had with a restaurant I had ordered a burger using crowns in the app when I got to the restaurant I was told I had to pay for something else to get my order even though I already used the crowns to pay for the order I will not be coming back

The day crew of Hispanic women rock. When it is said women multitask better than men, these ladies apply the theory. I ordered my meal, grabbed my cup, went soda machine, and she was standing behind me handing me my meal. She actually caught me off guard because I did expect to be there behind me. I was out with my meal in less than 8 minutes because I only had 15 minutes to get to my class.

Two cars ahead of me and it literally took 20 minutes to get my food. They charged me $5.14 for TWO SMALL CUPS OF WATER!!! Sooo outrageous!! The manager said, “ they charge for the cups.” Never coming back! I rather go to the one in Nederland.

I tried the whopper jr and mozz sticks during their national cheeseburger week promotion... they fried the mozz sticks in the same oil as the french toast sticks... horrible. The whopper jr is small enough now to be considered a little larger than a slider. Not worth it.
