My order is almost always wrong. I have driven away with no fork, raw chicken, 2 mayo when I asked for 1 mustard 1 mayo, and many more. They literally ignore me when I try to get help. The girl in the drive-thru today didn't even check to see if it was my order. She just shoved it into my window and walked off. I keep giving more chances because I have never had bad chick fil a but this one? Horrible.

Always good and the drive thru moved pretty quickly.
One of the worst chik fil a’s I’ve ever been to. Very poorly managed. The drive thru is hard to understand. I don’t come here often and don’t have the menu memorized, the staff become agitated when I ask to see a menu. The drive through corners are tight, good luck if you’re in a vehicle with a large turning radius.

2 large fries were cold, did not get our ice cream, and was overcharged for medium ice cups. The manager did not care or know what to do to fix anything. The young people taking orders outside were unable to complete a simple task of letting me pay $1.35 cash and put the rest on my card. My mind was blown!

Tried again last week and I was told that they dont serve chicken well done.
