This is by far my worst experience at DQ in port Arthur tx. The staff consist of high school kids using profanity and cooking in a filthy kitchen area. They’re using their headsets to communicate and hold unprofessional conversations about their personal lives. They were making fun of another employee who was off today. I am very disappointed in their staff. As a parent especially as a black person I really dislike seeing this. Very disgusting DQ

Street sign Lights as well as the order boards lights were off at 8. I pull up anyway because they don’t close until 10. Lights off on the outside gives impression that store is closed. Which is definitely the way the night employees want it to seem. Also when ordering, I was greeted as if I was bothering them. They were busy looking back and forth at each other. And got the order wrong.
Dairy queen is an has been in top 5 of my favorite hamburger/ ice cream and had not been there for a few weeks due to wait time and just NO FRIENDLINESS ARE ENTHUSIASM ABOUT THEIR JOB AND IT WOULD MAKE THE WAIT TIME A LITTLE BIT EASIER WELL I'M COMMANDING THEM TODAY AND I'M BACK TO MY FAVORITE BURGER JOINT.... IT'S A NEW MANAGER IN THERE AND SHE IS JUST AS NICE FRIENDLY AND POLITE AS SHE WANTS TO BE REALLY REALLY REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY VISIT TODAY STILL NEEDS A LITTLE WORK ON GETTING THE FOOD OUT FASTER.
