He makes all his sauces, seasonings, jalapeños, and pickles himself and even smokes the cheeses himself as well! His food is truly a unique and exquisite flavor. Treat yourself! I ordered two chicken soft tacos on flour tortillas, with everything on it, all for $7.00, with tax. When it came out, I opened only to salt the tacos. I loved the presentation of the sauteed serrano pepper, and onion. It came with salsa on it, but it had the dark salsa (The One That Is Really Hot,) which I ate on my two tacos.
