It was really easy to order online, and the cookie always taste great. The negative is the cookie is NEVER ready on time especially when you order it weeks in advance. So, I feel the pickup time that I select is no use because it won't be ready even, I get there a half hour after the scheduled time.
Ordering a childs favorite cartoon characters isn't always easy. I ordered online and asked for a Sanrio character, if possible, for my daughter's birthday. I was hopeful but definitely understood if it was not doable. They outdid themselves!! So happy with my order and past orders as well. My daughter will be SO HAPPY! THANK YALL BUNCHES!

When ordering online I HIGHLY recommend you describe your design of the cake in the instruction box. I just picked up my cake and it was the wrong design. They did offer a 30% off on my next cake order or they redo it BUT not on same day. So if you get a cake get it day before or you'll be stuck with wrong cake like me. The workers are very friendly and very polite I just wish the one who decorated would have paid attention to the actual design # . I WILL order from them again and I do hope my next experience will be better.
I have always bought cookies on Saturday at around 9:50 AM.all of the sudden these new employees 3 of them present one of them tells me they don't open until 11:00.First they let me and my kids just stand there staring at the cookies and them. They stare at us and then look the other way pretending we don't exist then they decide to let us know they are closed.Let people know you are closed as soon as they stand there or put a sign that says opens at 11:00
They did a great job and was on time with a birthday cookie order for my husband
The cookies are always good, and their Icee machine had all flavors available! Can't beat that lol

Every year for my boys' birthdays, I get a giant cookie cake made for them. They always do a fantastic job. This year I asked them to draw something a little harder on my sons cake. And They did an AMAZING job! Made my son was so happy. Thank you.
