Cashier isn't very friendly or business- like at all and that is bad for customers who appreciate good customer service. She didn't smile or greet me as a customer, didn't tell me how much the items were that I was purchasing (I do not recall seeing a menu and it's been a long time since I had visited a happy donuts), and she never told me my total. Horrible customer service overshadows the food quality. Also, they should do something about either the location...
Years ago I was employed near by the shop and had not been there to it in a while and stopped after a lawn mowing job to put something on My stomach and the current staff was attractively nice and helpful with the order to go . It did not hurt at all plus the place was packed with both drive thru and lobby
Happy donuts make me so happy each time I go! Their pastries are always fresh! I usually use the drive-thur which is easier for me. It is never a long wait. Staff is friendly. They also greet me with a smile and a good morning!
