One of the best experiences I've had in the area. Service was great, he was very helpful and patient with my decisions. Threw a lot of suggestions to help me find th perfect combo. Food was delicious as well, will def recommend and look forward to eating here again.

Food is actually pretty good, but at checkout, you are forced to leave a tip. I don't mind tipping wait staff since they take orders, deliver food, and keep the drinks refilled.But I don't see why I'm compelled to tip here.. if you have to rely on the generosity of your customers to make sure your staff has a liveable wage, your business model needs work..Don't think I'll be back..

This experience was a mess from the beginning! I ordered via Doordash, and only 3 of the 5 items ordered were delivered to me. Of the 3 items that arrived, 2 were made incorrectly and all 3 were just simply disgusting (cold, bland, poor quality ingredients). The store was going to remake and send again, but the dasher never came with it the second time (even though it was picked up from the store). The I Heart Mac & Cheese manager then promised a full refund (twice), which never came. I then left several messages for a manager to call me back over the next few days, but no one ever did, so I went to the store to ask about it, but there was no manager available again, but I was told that a request to DoorDash for a refund was pending. After a week-long ordeal, I finally got a supervisor at DoorDash to issue my refund (minus the delivery fee and dasher tip), as she explained to me that the I Heart Mac and Cheese manager made "false claims" about their ability to get me a refund. I almost didn't get the refund, because DoorDash has a 3 day policy on that, and I Heart Mac kept giving me the run around.

Customer service was amazing! I ordered something that I thought would be different (my fault it was clearly on the menu). Our server noticed I didn’t eat much and offered to make me something else. I told her it was no big deal, it was on me…she insisted. You could tell she wanted me to be happy with the food and service provided, and we were. Our family will for sure come back here again.

My experience was actually not at I Heart Mac and Cheese, but instead next door at Antro Bar on Jimmy Johnson in Port Arthur, Texas. Amid a little mixed up with waitstaff, the GM Troy came over and made my virgin experience here worth while. The drinks were great and the wings are excellent. Troy is a Godsend. If you're in the area, try them out. I highly recommend.

Two young employees, the young lady named Madison and I didn't catch the young man's name. But they were both extremely and astronomically FANTASTIC!! So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just all around well mannered! First time at one of these chains. I guarantee just because of how well I was treated I'll be back and will visit more along the way!!

This was our first time to try this. It was great!!!! We tried a Mac bowl, a grilled cheese and a combination of both. We did build your own and one of their signature bowls. All was good and we would definitely go again. As far as the service it was exceptional. Christian F. was polite, friendly, quick and thorough with his service for us. I run a full service restaurant in New Orleans and good staff members right now are really hard to find. I Heart Mac & Cheese is lucky to have him. Christian if you ever find yourself in the NO area looking for a job, come see me.
Got the Cuban Grilled Cheese. Pretty bland, Not alot of flavor to it. Sweet tea was good.

We used to love this place, but lately it has just been the worst. The service is awful - when there is no one in there! The employees seem lazy and clueless all the time. We received this “sandwich” in our to go order today. Does that look like a sandwich to you? Also, both of orders didn’t come with the tomato soup dipper or tatter tots that’s are “included.” Just so disappointed with this place!
