These are by far the best crab cakes I have ever had! They have the most crispy crust that stays crunchy even after sweating in the box all the way home (they vent the boxes as well!) The seasoning they top them with is a perfect blend of spicy and salty without being too much. I don't know what kind of salt they use, but it looks like little salt shard sprinkles. FANTASTIC! Lastly, they are on the Upside app so if you upload your receipt, you get 6% cash back! This is definitely my new favorite place to eat!

Someone hit my truck so I was upset. When I picked up my food she made me feel better within seconds. The wings and shrimp were great. I didn't want fries so she added two more wings?
The best wings/shrimp/nuggets and a really good egg roll. Fries are descent and the fried rice is mediocre (though I love idea). This (original) J&J's has great service and people. Much better than the other location, but the food is typically excellent at both places.

The rice had no salt, very dry and cold.The fries were old and mushy. The customer service was horrible. The short latina girl with glasses at the front desk was very rude, was making faces at us and when asked to give us sauces she didn’t. Would not return if she’s there, she had a horrible attitude. We’ve been customers for years and we’ve never been treated like that till now

If I could give this place a zero star I would, the most horrible place with the worst customer service ever, will never return. Cold rice and nasty wings. Absolutely disgusting. This place has absolute no class whatsoever. Very disappointing to the say the least.

This place is way to high..New ppl has it now..and jacked the price..it's way better places for cheaper..like Cajuns.also.the prices on the menu online isn't correct..mainly because they jacked the price up.. Anne's kitchen is better also.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter called this location to place an order and was quoted $49.99 for a family 50 piece chicken. I heard the quote on speaker phone. Upon arrival the lady at the register tells my daughter it’s $72.99. My daughter look at the screen and tell her the price say $49.99. The lady told her she apologize but the price has changed and proceeds to change the price on the screen in front of her. My daughter end up paying the $72.99. My daughter didn’t tell me until later so I went to the location because the price quoted and originally on the screen is what should have been charged. The man in there tells me no he never said $49.99 and you have to call Google to change the price on the screen like I believed that lie. Once my daughter told him how the girl changed it he didn’t say anything else about the price change. This same situation happened to me at the Katy location and the man honored what was on his screen. After today I will never spend another penny at J&J and have been going to J&J for over 15 years. It’s the principle of the situation and the customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Your price may change when you get there. There are other place that sale food just as good.
