Idk why I even play myself when it comes to this place. I have gone there a couple of times now just trying to get two greasy tacos and both times they have refused to serve me because they were doing shift change. Is that the new thing now because it’s definitely not the first time or the first location to do that.
What can I say. I love Jack in the box but today the food was unbelievable I ordered the Nashville mozzarella sticks and the curly fries. The Curly fries didn’t have no potatoe in them they was BURNT and the Mozzarella unacceptable. Then they had me to pull up like everything was going to be fresh.SMH

Same food as everywhere else but this location is terrible. Half the time they have 1-2 employees working or their system is down. Just go ahead and shut this location down too.

Like 20 minutes for a jr chicken sandwich and 2 tacos and they have like 6 cars waiting for food in front of the store
Bad. Nothing good to say. Let's just start with what the ALWAYS say... pull around to the front. Do they really think corporate thinks cars are leaving the drive thru that fast? Anyways, I do pull around and I wait. 5 minutes pass. 10 minutes pass. 15 minutes pass. Are they killing the cow in there? I get out and go inside and my food isn't even done. I say I want my money refunded. He says he has to call his manager. I say I need to return to work. I'm fixing to be late. He says she's just at the red light she'll be here. So you're telling me that after all of that. I have to wait for a manager who isn't even there. She finally pulls in and doesn't apologize for anything. After she gets there the guy says, your burger will be done right now. REALLY? 17 minutes after I ordered. So are the fries fresh? I highly doubt they would have been. I laughed and said no. She comes and tells me the money went back on to my card. Lies! I just checked. I'm not going back. I'm calling corporate. So in a nutshell. Go eat anywhere except here. It would explain why I never see any cars there.

Worst service ever. They directed 6 vehicles to wait for orders in the front. Never got food after 15 minute wait. I left waiting. Worst in the state.

Worst experience ive ever had. At the drive through i waited for almost 20 minutes the lady never took my order. Then another lady comes outside and tells me drive to the window since my order wasnt taken and she would help me at the window. I get to the window make my order waiting another 10 minutes. Get my food and leave then get back to work and the order wasnt even what I ordered. I wont be going back there.

To be 100% honest was the worst place I believe I've ever been the environment was horrible extremely filthy I couldn't even eat the food I just throw the food away and took my losses extremely filthy worst service ever definitely needs professional attention
