Spent time with these two lovely ladies whom where beyond sweet ! They showed us the different meats and their smoker. The pork bones are so good. The link though is unmatched. I've tried multiple home made links and none has tasted this good. It has some kind of spice in it that makes it stand out.
I love the sausage!

Food gem. The atmosphere is what you expect at a good BBQ joint. Pork neck bones were perfect. Such a beautiful color too. Will return soon.
