The service and food were excellent. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Mashed potatoes were steaming. The biscuit was so soft and fluffy. The apple pie poppers were also hot and fluffy.
Cleanliness could use some improvement. While the dining/lobby area could have been due to the time of day being just after lunch rush, the bathroom should always remain clean. This bathroom could have used a good scrubbing.

I wanted to give credit to a young lady named Maggie who works at the nederland location, she has great customer service! Her greeting was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She made quick small talk at the window and got our food out quickly. She seemed to do well with multi tasking taking orders and running the window. I really enjoyed her interaction and will be returning based on my experience with her alone, the food was good too the only complaint was the mac n cheese was a tad dry. Maggie is someone that deserves recognition though, a raise and promotion is well deserved! She is someone I would want to represent my company any day!
Tim and the rest of the crew are absolutely wonderful. I had a late night calli-in order at the same time they were deep cleaning, and they put my order first. KFC definitely loves their customers ❤️

I visited the Port Arthur location on May 31, 2025. I was acknowledged and felt welcomed the minute I walked through the door. Manager/Shift lead Tim assisted me with placing my order. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and handled the food service/preparation with uttermost professionalism. My order was fresh, hot, and very delicious. I will certainly be visiting this location again. I commend Tim and his associates on an outstanding job. They worked together as a team to push the food orders out in a quickly and timely manner. Tim is certainly a great asset to your company. He ranks A-1 in customer service assistance. He truly went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I only wish that every restaurant I visit would have Tim to administer service to me. Again, thank you to Tim for an amazing job hwy 365 in Port Arthur is truly blessed to have you.
