Nice place but fell a little short on the standard breakfast. I ordered a breakfast combo with eggs over easy, link sausage, hash browns, and pancakes. The eggs were cooked nicely, but the rest was a bit disappointing. They evidently only had one link sausage so they substitute a patty instead in place of the other link. I wish I had just ordered the patties because the one link I got was so overcooked I had a bit of effort to cut it with my knife. The patty was at least fresh. Hash browns needed a bit of better technique. They were nice and crispy but either the type of potato used was all wrong or they weren't blanched before frying so they were heavy and rubbery. The pancake wasn't terrible but was cold and a bit tough. Not a bad breakfast, but not a great one either.

I live out of town, but I’ve been to Kimmy’s about half a dozen times and the food has been wonderful each time. Chilaquiles is one of my favorite breakfast dish, and the chilaquiles are so good here that I’ve never ordered anything else. I typically order Grandmas Chilaquiles and add either chorizo or shredded chicken, and it tastes great. The waitstaff is always great, and today Brenda did an outstanding job!
The restaurant sits off the highway and isn’t as visible and other spots, so I think it gets missed. But this place is truly a hidden gem that I highly recommend.

Steak burrito was super greasy the whole bottom of tray and entire burrito was covered in it and they charged me an extra 2 dollars for salsa when they could have told me it came with some and didn’t need it. My girls chicken burrito was ok but no better than chick fil a breakfast

Its very generic SETX breakfast food. If it hadn't been for a work meeting and picked by my boss, I probably wouldn’t have ever gone in.

Went to try it out and wasn’t disappointed, went back a couple of weeks later for some pancakes & sausage…so hungry & looked so good didn’t snap a pic…ate them all up! Will definitely go back! My only caution would be when going to the clean woman’s one stall restroom, the floor normally feels a little slick, so just be careful when in there.
