Well first and last time to this place! I See all these 4☆ reviews and I'm like let's go check it out.. 4 people $75 Total. No fried rice only shrimp fried rice, no white rice, no green salad option, the general tiso chicken was not spicy at all, orange chicken sucked, the ribs were more fat than meat and over cooked, the chicken wings had a yellow tent color to the meat when I bit into them sooo didn't continue to eat those.. needless to say not worth money definitely not 4☆ Worthy save your money here and go to Golden Corral or China Star on Dowlen..

This place wasince the place to go for Chinese food. Not anymore. All the food tastes as if its been soaked in sodium! Its too much sodium to enjoy the food! They must've changed cooks because the food is easily a 1 star. I used to love coming here and eat my favorite 😍 food, but not anymore. The waitresses come and check on you when they feel like it, and they're constantly sweeping while you're trying to eat. Im never coming back.

The food tasted pretty good when I went it was sort of old tasting but it would be 5 starts if if the food was a little fresher I'll.have to try again and see if I had bad luck their variety was huge

This is usually my go to spot in mid county for Chinese buffet but today we came at 5:30 pm. The food was awful! Nothing tasted good there was nothing fresh at all on the whole buffet. Over all the experience just based on the taste quality and lack of freshness was the worst.

I came to eat here last Thursday (5/15/25) as I’m typing this and I got extremely sick after eating here, i ate a piece of teriyaki chicken that honestly didn’t taste as good as I remembered which should’ve been a sign for things to come. One of the waiters looked like she had a running nose but I couldn’t remember if it was my waiter. Anyways, you guys need to do better at Sanitizing the whole damn place cause that’s unacceptable. If your workers are sick, DONT LET THEM COME IN PERIOD. Especially for a restaurant. I’m still sick and misses a lot of events cause of this place. Not going back there at all

My husband and I are not from Port arthur. But we have dined at this buffet before. We called and asked about the prices on their to go buffet. We were told that the price was $6.50 a box before taxes unless we got seafood. When we arrived we asked again just to verify the price because we thought it was a little low. Again we were told it was 6.50 a box. We have a large family and packed up six boxes of food to go. Mostly rice and chicken because we have little ones. When we paid she weighed up the food and said it was $86 **sigh. We paid for it but that was so crappy. I reminded her that she told me it was $6.50 a box. She pretended to look confused, laughed and said I meant $6.50 a lb. That's probably common sense to people in the area but to us we just felt like we were tricked. She could've just been honest either time I asked her. She did offer a couple of drinks to go but It didn't matter. My appetite was ruined and I know to never dine there or get take out again.
