this is the worst place ever I ll been having that problem few times with these place taking to long and one time the pizza was not cooked at all but yesterday 48 minutes waiting for a crazy puffs is that ridiculous this place needs attention

My food came with bugs I don’t know what kind all they told me is there is no bugs in there so I shouldn’t have any problem they never gave me my money back I have video and evidence as soon as I open the box of pizza the first slice I grab underneath it they had bugs crawling

Best pizza I’ve ever had it looks and tastes like it came straight out of a commercial and the cheese stretch is Insaine after my first time eating pizza here I never have gone to another pizza location

I order online pickup frequently (a single pizza), and my order is never ready by the estimated time. The last time I ordered, I placed my order at 5:30pm and selected 6:30pm as the pickup time. When I arrived, my order had not even begun to be prepped according to the online tracker. It wasn't ready until about 7pm. So my advice from experience when ordering for a later pick-up time is to set the time 15-30 minutes earlier than you intend to arrive.

I was OK with this restaurant at this location on Jefferson Drive until the last pizza I had got from them. I took my kids to the seawall to eat and just enjoy you know like eating outside and my youngest son comes to me for some reason he flipped over his pizza And there was rat poop baked did the pizza crest thank God my son had flipped it over and checked for some reason and then upon returning to return the pizza to them they proceeded to try to give me another pizza and I calmly told them either I can get my Or we can make it very known that they are very dirty and they do not clean up their environment Starting to cook anything for anybody don’t get me wrong I don’t care what business or what kind of industry it is. I know you cannot always keep every single little bug and rodent out at all times 24 seven but at least have the courtesy to at least clean up your areas in your equipment before you proceed to start cooking!!!!! And the staff are very unprofessional Very inconsiderate of their customers.
I swear that it was undercooked once. It was like the dough was gooey and raw. Not good.
When they get busy, you will wait some time for sure. Hopefully they've gotten better 3 stars mang!
